They charged me $60 to upgrade a room with 2 full beds, which was fine. It turned out that the door on that room did not lock when you exited the room (also the TV in this room didn't work properly).
When brought to the front desks attention, their response was "it's not a big deal because we have cameras." I said I wanted a new room. They did not have another with 2 full beds so they put a cot in the room (after telling me at check in they did not have cots on property) which was very uncomfortable for my friend. It was basically just a metal frame on the ground with no padding.
I understand that's all they had but I told them I think I should get the $60 back I was charged for 2 full beds...as I did not get a functioning room with 2 full beds. I was told there was a charge for a cot (the cots that didn't exist earlier that day) and it was the same amount they charged me for the room with 2 full beds.
I asked to talk to a manager and was told there's no phone number to reach him and no email either. I was given the hotel's business card with it's generic email on it...I assume it's inbox is as ignored as I was in person.
As I tried to argue that this was kind of ridiculous suddenly the attendant didn't speak English. I left pretty annoyed and unfulfilled and would not recommend staying here on any level.
