The unit is newly renovated with new appliances, new modern kitchen with lots of cabinet spaces, modern bathroom, hardwood / laminated flooring and new furniture located in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. It's an ideal location for a family vacation. It has two (2) bedrooms with WiFi cable TV with 200+ channels, NETFLIX, to watch any movies of your choice. Clean towels, linens, blankets, pillows, shampoo, blow dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, hangers, iron, backyard provided.
The space
My guests will enjoy their stay at my place because they will find the level of comfort needed to enjoy their vacations with family and friends. Guests can visit downtown Brooklyn in minutes. there are several bars, cafes, nightclubs and restaurants nearby. The unit is five ( 5) about minutes from the train station which will provide guests the opportunity to navigate throughout all the five ( 5) boroughs in less than an hour. The Barclay Center is approximately fifteen (15) minutes away as well as the Brooklyn Bridge that's twenty two (22) minutes away, the nightlife and the entertainments are very close by. We are about 25 minutes away from downtown Manhattan, Times Square, Midtown, and all major tourist attractions such as the Empire State Building, the Freedom Tower, the Statute of Liberty and more. All those major tourist attractions aren't very from the property at all. Most of my guests really enjoy their stay with me because of the level of comfort they had experienced while vacationing at my place. Most of all, there are all means of transportations that will help guests navigating through all five (5) boroughs in less than an hour.
Guest access
The guests will gain access to the front and the backyard during their stay to enjoy a pleasant moment with their families and friends. During the spring and the summer seasons, the backyard furniture will be available for guests to use.
