Welcome to The Cody Haus, where boho chic meets small town living! This "NEW" modern farmhouse is nestled back in the sweet little town of New Ulm, TX. Amazing location in the middle of it all, being just a short drive to surrounding towns of Round Top, Brenham, Bellville, La Grange, Fayetteville and Columbus. Enjoy nearby wineries, restaurants, golf & recreational clubs, antiquing and boutique shopping. Meticulous, clean, airy & bright, you will not want to leave the joyful ambiance.

Couldn’t have been better!

We stayed with older adults to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed to get us started for a fun weekend. Location was really close to the Vine. Easy check in and out. Great weekend!!There are nesting swallows that make a mess but that’s country living!!

Great base for visit in area with few hotel options

Nice, fresh decor. Wonderful bedding and towels. Nice selection of coffee pods, teas, small snacks. Would definitely hope to stay here again on future visits.

Round Top

The house is adorable and clean. It was perfect for three nights at around Top. Our challenges we’re not receiving the code to get in after requesting it twice. The owner got frustrated when I asked for it again while we were driving in the dark to the house. When we got there it took us about 9 tries on the lock box to open the door. Very fussy lock. It happened to us all three nights. For safety reasons the lock needs to open on first try. It’s a cute house and perfect for a short stay. A bit noisy in the mornings from the trucks going by and trains in the middle night.

Fabulous weekend!

We had an incredible stay at this location. Close to lots of activities without being in the middle of the chaos. The home was impeccable and we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful decor, up to date appliances, and very comfortable! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Really enjoyed our stay, great neighborhood, very clean home and easy to get to. We planned a meal every night so the kitchen supplies could be beefed up a bit (crockpot, beaters, etc) but otherwise I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We had the perfect weekend at this home. There was so much care and preparation for our arrival and we felt very welcomed. The house and amenities were pristine. The welcome book helped us plan out where to eat dinner in Round Top, which wasn’t too far to drive to. Every bed was super comfy, it all felt like home. Thanks for a great stay!
