The newly updated and fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with all stainless-steel appliances so you can cook up your favorite meals. After a long day out on the beach, relax on the couch and watch your favorite movie with your loved ones, or step outside to the expansive balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean.

All units are directly on the ocean with private balconies. A full complement of kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and TV and internet in each unit. Covered parking with gated entry. We proudly provide on-site property management for condominium owners. A comfortable living area provides a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from your balcony. New Smyrna Beach has miles of beautiful beach to walk on, ride a bike, or just relax in the Sun. Amenities offered are Sauna, Shuffleboard, and Heated Pool.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
