  • This comfortable beachfront condo is perfect for coastal getaways. The condo overlooks the beach with great views of two pools and the beach. Restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities are close by and free two/car parking included. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. It's a great vacation spot for couples and families (with kids). Many of the 5 star reviews mention how well-stocked the condo is with kitchen needs, linens, beach towels and chairs as well as games, books, and DVDs. Steps to the beach without crossing any roads. Pool area has two free grills for your grill-outs.

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Joan was very accommodating when our flights to Orlando were changed. She communicated prior to our arrival, during our stay (told us about the SpaceX launch) and on the day we were checking out. Her condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the condo were gorgeous. We were lucky to view the Super Moon and also sunrises! We would highly recommend her condo. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Wonderful!

This is a great option for a family of four. Great space for us all to enjoy along with the ocean view! The host was very accommodating and thoughtful about making our stay most enjoyable. Definitely worth the splurge to stay!

This was our second stay in this unit. We loved every single thing about it. So much so, that we extended our stay…not once, but twice. From the easy communication with the owner, Jan, to the beautiful decor and the amazing cleanliness of the unit. The pools and the view are beautiful and we had almost perfect weather. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back next year!

Sea Glass

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at the Sea Glass was. The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs sand toys and a kitchen that had anything we could have needed.The decor was beautiful and we never got tired of the sun rise views. The complex was also in the perfect location for walks to some of the local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous Return Stay

Our family loves this condo. It is very clean and there are so many things that were supplied for our stay at our fingertips. The pool and the surrounding areas are kept exceptionally clean. Jan is an absolute delight to deal with.

Perfect place in NSB

We loved our stay at the condo. Really clean and comfortable furnishings. Very stylish too. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was so nice to see the pool cleaned daily. The property was also very clean and tidy. Well taken care of. We will rent again for sure.

A Perfect Holiday!

Our week was just perfect! Joan was an excellent communicator, accommodating last minute requests and checking in to make sure our needs were met. So incredibly thoughtful! Seaglass

The Seaglass at The Pelican is a beautiful oceanfront property. It is updated and clean. The owner shows pride in the condo and went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The owners could not have been more responsive to what we needed. We had trouble with the tv remote at first, but Chad made a special trip in the rain to fix the problem. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The location of the unit is ideal with easy access to local restaurants, grocery, etc. Would love to stay again.

Pelican perfect

Our property owner host was extremely helpful and available. This is a very nice 3rd floor, 2 bedroom condo. We loved the sunrise water view from the balcony. Unit overlooks the heated pool and ocean beyond. Convenient parking and elevator access. This is a well maintained property.

Beautiful inside and out 💙

I can only say wonderful things about our stay. The condo was beautiful inside. Decorated beautifully, very homey and comfortable. Jan provided everything we needed and then some. She had everything organized, clean and easy to find. We had beautiful views of the ocean and the pools and the property was so well kept. Our week went much to quickly, but we had a wonderful, relaxing, much needed stay at our favorite beach. Jan was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back.

Just Great!

Great well appointed condo. Jan has thought about everything and was easy to communicate with. Great modern contemporary style and super comfy master bed (didn't try the twin room). Great beachside location and two pools (one heated). The Pelican is a nice family friendly property. We visited over Easter, when many guests were family groups with young children. We love New Smyrna Beach and had a great stay in Sea Glass condo.
