This beautiful direct Oceanfront condo offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean. It is 1 block away to all the restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave.
Upon entering the condo your bird's-eye view is of the blue, magnificent ocean. The open kitchen has a view to the living room, balcony and ocean.The full lovingly, remodeled kitchen has all you need if you love to cook. Marbled granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, subway tiles backsplash and white cabinetry. Fully stocked with cookware, Keurig and a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster all the essentials you need and a nice dining table for six to enjoy yourselves after a hard day relaxing at the heated pool or the beach. The living room has tasteful high end light beach color decor from the leather queen sofa sleeper, a chaise lounge and an accent chairs that all share a striking view of the ocean. The 48" Smart TV is equipped with cable and streaming service apps. The Master Suite has a Biltmore Hotel Collection king mattress a large dresser, private access to the ocean view balcony and a 42" Smart TV along with a phone charging station. The ensuite bath has a double vanity, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Biltmore Hotel Queen Mattress, a 41" Smart TV, phone charging station and dresser. The 2nd bath has a standard bathtub and plenty of bath linens.
The condo is one block from Flagler Avenue where all the restaurants, unique shops and boutiques are and also great night life on foot, no cars needed to enjoy bars with live music, karaoke, sports bars. Something for everyone. Central beach Detwiler Park offers eight pickelball courts and is 2 blocks away. Tennis courts, a basketball hoop, marinas all close by. You can also rent a golf cart or bikes for the day, and drive along our beaches, and downtown area. The building even has bike racks. The condo offers 6 beach chairs, lightweight and easy to carry to enjoy the beach.

Weekend Get Away

Could not have been more perfect! The view from the balcony was amazing and so peaceful! The condo was the perfect size and well laid out It was the best of all worlds being able to walk right down to the beach and then for a change of pace to Flagler Avenue for shopping and food. I will absolutely go back again.

Awesome location with all you need for beach

My daughter and I stayed in the condo for an extra long weekend. Perfect accomodqtions for the two of us. Amazing view and just steps from the beach and downtown Flagler area. Everything you could need to enjoy the sun and sand was made available: towels, chairs, etc

Perfect Stay for a Special Occasion

We’ve stayed at the Oceania in several different units over the years, and this one is easily my favorite. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. Plus, it’s just steps away from Flagler Avenue and everything it has to offer. Although we experienced a small issue getting into the unit initially, the property management team responded quickly and resolved it immediately. Other than that, it was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We’ll definitely be rebooking!

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We spent Christmas with family that live locally. Everything was wonderful. The condo was so nice. Communication was perfect. Aesthetically, it is nicely decorated and feels like home away from home. The beds are very comfortable and we loved all of the extra touches that were provided. Thank you for allowing us to make holiday memories here!

The condo was lovely, the location was wonderful, the staff was cordial, and the condo was well stocked. However, on our final night, we ran out of hot water in the condo altogether and power in both bathrooms.

Nicest place I’ve ever stayed

A friend and I wanted a quick get away and fell in love with this property. If anything, this place is even nicer than the pictures lead us to believe! The location was super convenient, every room looked like a picture in a magazine, the kitchen was fully equipped, and everyone on the property were so helpful and nice. The ocean was breathtaking too! Cannot say enough nice things about this property!

Anniversary celebration and family visit

My husband and I rented the unit for the week not only to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary but to visit family living nearby. The unit exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the extra little touches provided that we were not expecting. The only slight disappointment was the “heated” pool that wasn’t very heated. We later found out that the pool isn’t heated until the air temperature is below 75 degrees and that detail would have been helpful within the property description. Otherwise it was a great stay and we would recommend the condo rental to our friends and family.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

We had a quick stay in New Smyrna. The condo was amazing. Very clean, beautifully decorated!! Just steps from Flagler Ave. Stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen had everything you could need. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location, perfectly set up

We loved this condo! Even though it is a bit small, with some unusual angles, whomever renovated and decorated it made great use of every available space. Everything is high quality and thoughtfully done. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you would need to make up a meal and the appliances and cooking tools are good quality. the view from the deck is fantastic and it is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping on Flagler and a short drive to the more trendy Canal street. Also close to grocery and pharmacies if needed. A great get-a-away!
