This comfortable, cozy beach townhouse studio is located on the ground floor and is just across from the pool area and steps to the ocean.
With an outside porch area
You can hear the ocean.
Just steps away to the ocean.
It is cute, unique and is stylishly decorated with Coastal decor.
It has a full kitchen, with a table for dining in or you can enjoy dining outside on your own private patio area with seating and lounge chairs and listen to the ocean waves.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a bureau dresser with a pocket door, the bathroom has a tub , shower combo and is decorated adorable like the rest of the place. The living room has a nice size comfy couch that is also a sofa bed to sleep an extra 2 people with flat-screen TV and the sliding glass doors that leads out to your private porch area and the beach just steps away. It has free WI-FI and cable and is close to restaurants, quaint shops, supermarkets and historical Flagler Ave.
Which always has some type of fun events to enjoy. We also have Canal St. on the mainland that has oldie car meetings every Sat.
and a farmer's market, plus people selling many unique things.

New Smyrna Beach has 13 miles of pristine wide, white sandy beaches and we have a drive and no drive section of the beach.
Located on the no drive part of the beach to enjoy the sounds of the waves or if you like an active vacation you can find just about any water sport you desire here. From great fishing to surfing, boogie boarding, or just plain relaxing in the sun.
We are a barrier Island enclosed by 2 national parks that is how pretty this area is. Manatees raising their calves, dolphins, and sea turtles are plentiful in this area. Even our area code 386 spells out the word fun!
We are the closet beach to all the theme parks in Orlando under an hour drive and are centrally located making it great for day trips to St Augustine, Marine Dolphin Adventure, Cape Canaveral and more.

"The hidden Jewel" We are 15 minutes south of Daytona Beach with
the famous Daytona 500 races and have some of the best restaurants around. Whether dining on the salt river, or the ocean there is always something fun to watch. The closest airports are Daytona Beach 20 mins away, Sanford Orlando 40 mins and they have charter flights to a lot of smaller airports and international flights check out their website and of course Orlando International Airport.

Sea Dunes stay

The ocean view on the listing shows the ocean and makes it sound like it's right on the beach, but it's not. We also had an issue at checkin that wasn't solved. Some upgrades in the description and the lodging itself are highly necessary.

Favorite getaway!

This condo is our new favorite spot in NSB. Cindy is very accommodating, friendly and helpful! Never an issue with parking. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for a stress free stay! We enjoy sitting on the patio surrounded by sea grapes after a full day at the beach. The condo is located on the no-drive section of NSB so you don’t have to worry about cars going up and down the beach! Can’t wait for our next visit!!

A little piece of Heaven

We were unable to check in at 4:00 due to construction workers at front door and so we left for another hour or so. Everytime we contacted the realtor she responded quickly which we were very pleased with.

Great honeymoon

We chose this for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful neighborhood and secluded location. The photos did make it seem like we were right straight out to the beach - and there was a bit of a staircase walk - but it was still wonderful being by the beach!!! Would stay here again

Great condo!

Clean, great location, Cindy our contact for the condo was very nice and accommodating. Disappointed with no bikes available as listed in amenities but overall the condo was perfect! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Séjour a new smyrna floride

tres bien situe, endroit tranquille pres de la plage.premier etage.portes francaises pour delimiter la chambre de la cuisine et du salon. Cependant la piscine inutilisable parce que non chauffee. De plus, pendant quelques jours, lancien proprio faisait beaucoup de va et vient parce quil avait vendu la propriete. les nouveaux proprios sont tres gentils.

Beautiful place

Very nice place, could use a new indoor chair. We like to watch tv at night and found the furniture very uncomfortable. Was disappointed the first week because we couldn’t get to the beach from our unit because the stairs were not completed. Was convenient when they finished them.

Looking forward to returning!

Perfect little bungalow! Decorated in darling beach house decor- and we had everything we needed- plus beach chairs and towel! Beautiful and private/ but a short walk down the dock to the beach. And the beach is clean and peaceful! We had family at another location so we did not use our pool but it was inviting and clean. While we were there, the owner upgraded the TV! We would definitely like to return.

Small but great location

Small place but great location to beachfront fun. TV is tiny and cable service isn’t great. Definitely bring your own pillows. Nice place, reasonable prices, close to decent restaurants. Don’t expect a ton of stuff to do in this location. Expect to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle.

Awesome location nestled behind the dunes with heavy vegetation. Beautiful pool deck. Great location on the beach. Unfortunately the unit is run down w/ dysfunctional kitchen and crummy bathroom.

Very nice

Nice place, beautiful beach, but dogs are not allowed on the beach. I think people should know this before renting a property that is dog friendly . Many restaurants dog friendly. Only one option for a dog friendly beach and it cost $10 to get in. It is just too bad that city of New Smyrna Beach has a policy against dogs.

End of Summer Beach Trip

Perfect spot for what we wanted to experience, just hanging out at the beach. The beach was beautiful, and uncrowded. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. We also enjoyed the pool, and our little outside patio. We were also able to bring our little dachshund with us which was a must. It was a great minivacation, and we will go back.
