We loved this beach condo! Great ocean views and direct beach access. Very clean! It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and updated.

Very beautiful condo. Modern and very clean. Kitchen was amazing and had all of the kitchenware tou would need. Wish we could've stayed longer!Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay at this condo. The attention to detail was amazing, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. The condo was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need and was exactly as pictured—if not even better in person. It was clean, welcoming, and felt like a home away from home.The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the area. Although communication was handled through the vacation rental service, everything was seamless, prompt, and professional from booking through checkout.As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable, safe, and well accommodated throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway and would not hesitate to stay here again.

A very cozy, clean, and well-equipped property. Although it is not beachfront, it offers views of the beach from both the living room and the bedroom. Access to the beach and pool is immediate. Everything you need is close by: gas stations, a pharmacy, high-quality restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Very good communication with the property managers.

This place was beautiful! Everything was brand new and so clean. Great attention to details, beautifully decorated. The view of the beach was amazing and the location to everything was great as well. Communication with the host was excellent too! Very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

the condo was lovely, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was freezing cold, so we will have to try again another time so we can enjoy the porch/beach.

We had a great and relaxing vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was very clean, recently updated, and had all necessary eminities to enjoy our trip. It had a great side view of the Atlantic ocean from the living and dinning rooms. The rental agency was easy to work with and followed up with us to ensure everything was in order. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Condo was beautiful, view of ocean fantastic, everything in condo was of highest quality! The only disappointing thing was the slider needed maintenance. We would differently go back to stay at this location .

We woke up from our first night and we were bit from head to toe! We had an unfortunate bug problem. We were bit in bed the first night so bad, we went to the pharmacist! We have welts everywhere from head to toe. We would wake up with more bites than we went to bed with!We did not stay the last night, as we washed the sheets and pillow cases, and the dryers were broken. So we dried everything in the room. Please see attached pictures. Code did not work when we arrived, we called and a gentleman gave us a new code. We had gotten permission to enter at 3 PM and we were there at 5 PM and still had to wait to enter. He said he would have someone come out to check and never did. We emailed the guy for the dryer, on Sunday , no one called us Monday or Tuesday. Picture of washer and dryer were shown as a stackable in the unit, but there was nothing. Just 2 shared washers and 2 broken dryers. Very disappointed Will not be back
