Vacation in New Smyrna Beach and stay at the Bikini Top! Escape to this fantastic 2 bedroom 1 bath upper-level poolside duplex. Completely renovated and updated in 2023! The unbeatable location is right in the heart of our ocean-side city, New Smyrna Beach. Walk 2 minutes to Flagler Avenue featuring shops, boutiques, one-of-a-kind dining experiences, art galleries, and the area's nightlife! The beach is only 450ft away and you will be dipping your toes in the refreshing Atlantic ocean in no time! You will love it here!

The Bikini Top is perfect for small families, couples, or multiple families traveling together as the upstairs duplex, Bikini Bottom, is also available for rent! Rent them separately or together! The shared pool area offers a tropical oasis for all to enjoy including a paved pool deck, lounge chairs, and outside gas bar-b-que area. Bask in the sun or enjoy the shade under the sunshade as you take in the sounds of the ocean nearby.

Bikini Top is located on the upper level of this fabulous duplex and offers a large sun deck with peaks of the ocean and Flagler Avenu! Upon entering you will be welcomed by beachy decor that is sure to please! Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, the living room features a large smart TV and plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare your favorite island delight.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, turn in the for the night in the cozy master bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twins. The full bath features a tub/shower, hair dryer, and luxury bath towels.

Bikini Top also features WiFi, cable TV, wood floors throughout, and ceiling fans in each room. Outside by the pool, guests will also have access to a shared laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer.

Located in New Smyrna Beach the Bikini Top is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. This fantastic getaway is perfectly located only a 2-minute walk from shopping, dining, and nightlife on Flagler Avenue and only 450ft from the beach!

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors and will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife.

Florida's sunny weather allows for year-round golf. Several golf courses can be found throughout the New Smyrna Beach area.

Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.

History is rich in New Smyrna Beach with many historic sites as well as the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins, and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore. All a must-see for history enthusiasts.

New Smyrna Beach is home to some of the best saltwater and freshwater fishing in the area. Since New Smyrna Beach is located on a barrier island, the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon make it an angler's dream come true. Fishing charters are available and local captains are sure to put you on the fish.

Surfing in New Smyrna Beach is some of the best in Florida. It has been recognized by National Geographic as "one of the world's top 20 surf towns" and offers some of the best swells on the east coast. Surfboards can be rented at many of the local surf shops so grab a board and hit the water!

February Fun Time

We really enjoyed our stay in February, 2024. The upstairs home was clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out. Office personnel were very helpful, professional, and friendly. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice, but the shower is great. Thanks for a great stay. See you in 2025!

Beach weekend

Great beach getaway we had everything we needed for a nice long holiday weekend. The close proximity to the beach & restaurants on Flagler avenue were perfect. We definitely will be back!

First Timers

We came to New Smyrna for the first time and Bikini Top was the perfect place to stay—just walk across the street and you are at the beach or just walk down the block and you are on Flagler Street that’s full of shops and restaurants! The condo was clean, roomy, and had beach towels, beach cart, noodles and chairs! The pool was nice to have, too! Helga, at the check-office was super helpful and eager to answer all of our questions. Definitely would stay here again. Perfect location!!
