  • Oasis in the heart of New Orleans on a large, fenced, corner lot with private heated pool. Fabulous front porch with swing, deck, playhouse, yard, slide, and gated parking. Safe, family neighborhood, Gorgeous decor, hardwood floors, high ceilings, bay windows...
    Luxurious bedding. Fast wifi.
    Uptown between the French Quarter and the University District offering quick access to all the top attractions in the city. An urban New Orleans experience in a quiet, neighborhood. No-contact check in with key code.
    This is the main floor of a large house.
    Smart TVs in each bedroom and 50" in living room.
    3 miles to French Quarter/Bourbon St, 10 min by car
    walk to Tulane Stadium, 2 miles to Garden District, 1.3 miles to St Charles Avenue/Streetcar line
    1.5 miles to Audubon Park
    2.6 miles to WWII Museum
    3.2 miles to cruise port
    This is a residential neighborhood, but there is a great coffee shop, Hey Cafe, about 3 blocks away. There is a section of Freret Street 1/2 a mile (15 min walk) that has many bars, restaurants, cafes, music venues. It is one of the hippest areas of the city. You can walk to the St Charles Avenue streetcar line (just over one mile) and ride the street car through the garden district to the French Quarter for about $2

    Enjoy central a/c and heat, big bright living spaces and private bedrooms, sprawling front porch, full kitchen with dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer.

Great house! Location is an easy Uber ride away from anything you want to do. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. Owner is super responsive. We would stay at this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we liked walking the neighborhood. The pool was great although we were hoping for it to be a bit warmer but it worked for the small amount of time we had to spend in the pool. We were mostly exploring and experiencing NOLA and its history. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! It was the perfect location and an easy Uber to anywhere we needed to go! We couldn’t have picked a better place for a girls weekend! Our host was fabulous!

Beautiful Home, Comfortable Stay

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend Nola trip. It comfortably accommodated all 10 of us. The host was super responsive while we were planning the trip and throughout the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Staycation with True New Orleans Hospitality

I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the hospitality—the space was warm, welcoming, and had that fun New Orleans vibe that made it perfect for a staycation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free. A huge bonus was the heated pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained, thoughtfully prepared, and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

The home was so thoughtfully setup and perfect for our group of 5. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We took Uber or Lyft downtown and prices from the home were very reasonable. The pool was so refreshing, perfect after hot days out. The host was so kind and responsive. Have already recommended to several people. If I go to NOLA again, I would stay here.
