The place was absolutely perfect! We had a cousins girls trip. We had plenty of room for everyone. The place is clean and beautiful. We were 3 blocks from the cable car. The host was attentive and answered all my questions promptly. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The hosts were extremely communicative and always available. Such a beautiful, clean, spacious home for a big group of friends! 10/10 experience all the way around and would love to stay here again.

Lives up to the pictures! Convenient location, easy access to so much that New Orleans had to offer. Neat, clean and well stocked home. Would definitely rent it again.

Place was big enough for hair stylist and makeup artist to work their magic. Also, place looks great in photos.

The apartment was very nice, and the management company was always responsive. Kids used the pool a lot. Wheelchair accessibility was good, and the first bathroom has a large no-lip shower and good accessibility. Was a very good space for our 3-generation, 10-person visit. Although the house is on a rather wide avenue, traffic was light and we had no road noise.

We had a great stay and would happily give this property five stars.Our highest priorities were cleanliness, responsive hosts, reliable air conditioning, a good pool, and an easy overall experience. On all of those points, this property exceeded our expectations. Before our arrival we asked the hosts to confirm several details, and they were incredibly responsive and thorough. Everything they told us proved to be accurate. The home was exceptionally clean, the pool was well maintained, and the air conditioning handled the New Orleans heat flawlessly.The hosts were the highlight of our stay. We had quite a few questions and requests, and every response was prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were also among the easiest we’ve experienced.The washer and dryer appeared to be brand new and worked flawlessly, which was especially helpful during our extended stay.The home isn’t perfect, and guests who place a very high value on every small maintenance detail may notice a few things that could use attention. For us, those were minor compared with what we cared about most: exceptional cleanliness, outstanding communication, and an overall stay that was comfortable and stress-free.If your priorities are similar to ours, we would absolutely recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay with our large family (including 2 kids and a baby). The hosts answered any questions I had (and I had A LOT of questions) very promptly and kindly. They brought us anything we needed and attended to any issues we had. We thought sharing the pool area with other renters would be a challenge, but it worked out great! The location was also fantastic. We walked to the streetcar line and were able to get to the French Quarter quickly. Family members who went out on Bourbon street said the Uber's back were around 10, so super affordable. Would stay again and would highly recommend!
