Eleven bedrooms sleep your group in genuine comfort, with a mix of 7 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 double bed, and 7 sofa beds - giving you flexibility for groups of varying sizes. Every room is outfitted with bed linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and ample storage, so everyone has a proper place to land after a night on the town.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for serious group cooking - refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics you need to pull together a proper meal or a cocktail hour spread. The dining table brings everyone together, and the coffee maker keeps mornings moving before you head back out into the city.

The home is a second-floor space; stairs are required and there is no elevator. Paid parking is available off premises in a premium lot behind the building (p409). A digital guidebook is provided with local food and neighborhood favorites.

The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, iron, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, babysitter recommendations, exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and self check-in via smart lock. Cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and essentials are provided.
 
Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
