Enjoy this stylish one bedroom one bathroom shotgun home. For your enjoyment, the living room has a 75 inch TV with premium cable on it. The property has everything you need for a long or short stay. You'll have access to great food, bars, music venues, and only minutes from Frenchman St., the French Quarters, and Canal St. Make memories experiencing all of the culture New Orleans has to offer!
The space
This property is a historic shotgun style home. Upon entering the living room, you'll enjoy a 75 inch TV with premium cable. Behind the barn doors, is where the bedroom is located. Leaving the bedroom, you'll enter the stylish kitchen that has all of the basics for cooking. The last room in the home is the bathroom with a beautiful standup shower. Upon exiting through the back door, is where the deck and patio set is located for your enjoyment.
There are security cameras located on the the outside of the entire property. There is also a Minut home sensor to prevent parties.

Tasteful Pied-a-Terre near the Marigny and French Quarter

Comfortable base for digital nomads exploring all New Orleans has to offer. All essentials in easy walking distance. Good access to public transport and lots to explore. Especially enjoyed morning walks along the Mississippi River in Crescent City Park. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants and friendly folks. Note -- this is not uptown or the garden district -- real city living NOLA style! We loved it!

Perfect spot

Spent a week recovering from major surgery at the house. Was a perfect location, and it had everything we needed. Bed is SUPER comfortable. Really great restaurants nearby (don’t skip on Morrow’s!) and an easy drive/uber into the quarter or uptown or anywhere else you want to go, without the noise of the French Quarter.

Felt very at-home and comfortable

We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed, and a beatiful deck. AC options were great too. Charming and quiet neighborhood. Christie was great with communication all the way through and made sure we were taken care of.

Lovely shotgun house in NOLA

Our five-night stay in Christie’s property was fantastic. The place felt brand new inside: very clean, modern appliances, comfy bed, great shower, nice and private outdoor space. Christie was very accomodating and the location allowed us to walk to the Quarter, Bywater, Marginy, City Park, and the park on the river.

Great accommodations!

Our Bywater Shotgun home was perfect in every way. The place was immaculate. It seemed brand new inside with high end decor, appliances and two televisions (huge in the living room). I wish we were staying longer to have time to enjoy the outdoor space. Parking is right in front of the unit.

Comfortable, clean and convenient!

We stayed in NOLA for three nights as we’ve done a number of times over the past nine years.This location made for a nice walk to and from the Quarter. The house is very nicely decorated. Everything is quite new. Highly recommend.
