Què no li ha agradat: Estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The property is in a good location and the photos were accurate but I was expecting a hotel stay not an airbnb style property. We had some issues with our room that were never resolved because there is no on-site staff. The ice machine was not working, our shower was leaking, light bulbs were out, the TV didn't work, and there were maintenance items, like a jug of oil on the doorframe, left in the room. I did report everything with pictures to the number provided. I was asked to give them 24hrs to correct it. Nobody ever came by.
The front door of our room did not have any sort of security lock or deadbolt. A good amount of light from the hall could be seen through the door. The patio doors opened directly to the pool area which was cool until we realized they didn't securely lock and there was a man smoking right outside of them. Thankfully we didn't have any issues but it was nonetheless unnerving.
There are paid parking options across the street and on the side of the building however, they are expensive.
