Welcome to 'The Streetcar'! It's time for an elevated experience in The Big Easy. Each of Little Lagniappes suites were designed with YOU and your KREWE in mind! Our high-end furnishings, exquisite decor and essential amenities are sure to put you in instant vacation mode. We provide complimentary snacks and beverages as a little lagniappe to make you feel more at home while you get settled in.

​​​​​​​Named after the Saint Charles STREETCAR that passes directly in front of this suite, this expansive suite is the perfect retreat for your large group (up to 12 people!). This space is the only street-access suite, which means the front door opens directly to Saint Charles Avenue. This provides lots of convenience for limited steps to get out and explore! Also, great for those late New Orleans nights (don't worry, we won't tell!)

'The Streetcar' was designed for group travel and we tried to think of everything needed to enjoy your stay in New Orleans. The suite sleeps 12 and features five bedrooms each equipped with a king sized bed, a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a pack-n-play. All bedrooms and the living room have a Samsung Smart TV with DirectTV and many other streaming options.

The suite has three full bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and the third bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo. Each bathroom comes stocked with a hairdryer, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, make-up remover wipes, cotton buds, and four rolls of toilet paper.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig K-duo single-serve & carafe coffee maker, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, a dual air fryer, a crockpot, basic cookware and bakeware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in. We provide salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, creamer, sweetener, three rolls of paper towels, one dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, and dishwashing liquid.

The suite also comes equipped with a GE washer/dryer combo, an ironing board, an iron, and we provide a laundry detergent packet and a dryer sheet packet for your convenience.

'The Streetcar' has a location that can not be beat! Nothing is too far from this spot in the highly desirable Warehouse District. Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that New Orleans has to offer; all within a casual stroll of this home. If you want even more excitement, walk right outside and hop on the streetcar or grab an Uber/Lyft to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater. There are countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two-block radius of this home. Rouses Market is located 0.6 miles away.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but are not specific to this particular suite and apply to all reservations made at Little Lagniappe.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a natural disaster or family emergency can add a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We are here to help if you have any questions at all!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved number of occupants
- No rearranging of furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Please contact us for additional details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are located around the exterior of the property and in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, there are no cameras inside any of the suites. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and sound decibel levels. These sensors do not have recording capabilities.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (ID needed for all reservations excluding Airbnb bookings). Once completed, your check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 30 days before your arrival date. If your reservation is booked within 30 days of your arrival date, your check-in instructions will be emailed once these items are received.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within 3 days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within 3 days of departure)
PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking, hopping on the streetcar or a short Uber/Lyft ride to many experiences for guests of all ages.

We've stayed in many places with VRBO. This location was in the top two of our thoughts. Nine of us were in the beautifully appointed house with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and the hosts had thought of everything! It was easy to reach the staff while were there to ask for more pool towels and they were kind and left us Zappos Potato Chips, Soda and Water and Coffee as a welcome gift. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils for a far larger group! Parking was nearby in a lot. Just a Fabulous place!

The Streetcar at Little Lagniappe was wonderful and the space met our expectations and needs perfectly. We were a bachelorette of 10 women and the 5 bed / 3 bath setup, large common area, and well equipped kitchen ensured everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. The location couldnt have been better, especially since the streetcar picks up almost directly outside the door, making for easy and cheap public transport. Communication w the property was easy and they responded quickly! The customer service was top notch too. I had Amazon packages delivered to their offices and they coordinated with me to pick them up, making my life so much easier. They even shipped a package back on my behalf when it arrived after the bachelorette had ended and everyone had flown home. Would def recommend them to anyone visiting NOLA.

Everything we needed to cook a meal in or just sleep in. There were 8 of us celebrating my 60th. We had plenty of room for privacy and the pool area was a great area space to gather. Each question I text was answered immediately. We all loved it and said we will be back. Oh, and a short 15 minute walk to all of the action!

Loved this VRBO!!! Plenty of space for our large group, especially loved the thoughtfulness of the pool and pool space!!! The common or social areas were great for our group plenty of seating- maybe one or two more island chairs would have been nice but really that’s if I’m trying to give a suggestion!! Also loved all the thoughtful amenities- makeup wipes, glassware for all occasions, toothbrush and toothpaste… Oh real suggestion we did run out of garbage bags- so maybe throwing one more or two in the space!!!

Our stay at The Little Lagniappe was great. The property was clean and in a VERY accessible area. We walked everywhere all weekend and had no issues. Would book again next time I'm in NOLA.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding and had an absolutely wonderful experience here! It was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our group. The location was amazing as well - in a very nice part of town within walking distance to the French Quarter, Lafayette Square, and many other touristy spots. Communication with the property manager was available as needed and she was on site a few times to check in with us. Highly recommend!

We loved The Streetcar for our recent stay in Nola! Pre-arrival: the concierge helped us by putting pack & plays in the unit for our two under 3 children, as well as arrange a large SUV from the airport. Once there, the unit was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. There is a great grocery store a few blocks away, we took frequent trips there. The pool is great to tire the kids out in between excursions. The Streetcar is located in a great jumping off point for strolls to the Quarter or Garden District. The building is safe and well lit. They’ve done a great job with this building, highly recommend! We came for Hogs for the Cause, and have suggested this building for other families that go to the charity event. Thank you Streetcar!
