Location!!! Immerse yourself in New Orleans unique culture by staying in our newly gut-rehabbed Pink Palace! Located one block from world famous St. Charles Ave and iconic streetcar which can take you to Canal Street and the French Quarter which are only a few minutes away! The home is on most of the parade routes, and minutes to everything else!!

You will have full private access of the entire home.

- Each bedroom is unique in its own way and has original art from local artists who love the New Orleans culture!

- Each bedroom has its very own bathroom AND kitchen with range, microwave and refrigerator.

- Space is professionally designed to create a seamless experience for group travel.

- A sleek chef’s kitchen, fully stocked with essentials: cookware, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.

- Dining table for sit down meals and a kitchen island for more casual dining.

- Furnished outdoor deck space with hot tub; a true urban oasis.

- All the comforts of home: high speed Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

It’s pink!

Overall the stay was good. The hosts were very responsive, however, there was no response to some of the problems we had. No hot water in one room and a faint whisper of hot water in the other. The floors were quite dirty, I would recommend a little better cleaner going forward. The location was fine with plenty of parking and easy to get to the shuttle taking you downtown. Overall not too shabby.

Bridal Party Host Location

We loved this house! Our family stayed this weekend and used the home to prepare for my wedding. It was the perfect location… both ease of navigating the city and ample parking! The house itself had plenty of space for all the bridesmaids, hair and makeup artists and more to work their magic. Highly recommend!

Do not give these people your business

If you are considering this property - DON'T.I have stayed in many VRBO properties and rarely have had problems that couldn't be resolved. This management company is an absolute nightmare. We checked into the property 1/24 only to find that there was no running water, insufficient heat, mouse droppings in 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchenettes, dead roach on kitchen counter, dirt and hair in at least 2 bathrooms. No shower handle in one suite, ceiling falling down in the corner of the main suite brown stains on the walls of the 2nd first floor suite, and court summons paperwork taped to the front door of the property-being taken to court by the city for operating this short term rental.I contacted the property manager immediately and was told maintenance would be available in the morning. 9 people who travelled from all over the country check into this VRBO and have only 1 functioning toilet, no running water, no heat in most of the suites. No showers until halfway through day 2 (had a professional photo shoot scheduled the morning of day 2, so had to attend that without appropriate facilities to get ready). The management company made zero proactive communication or attempt to rehouse us, did not offer bottled water to drink, no extra blankets - absolutely NOTHING. We all absolutely froze our first night. Unseasonal weather I understand, lack of care for paying guests I do not. Promised a refund for part of our stay and have yet to see that initiated. Avoid this place completely.

Very unique property with a super convenient walk to streetcar. Worked out great for our party of five to have separate rooms with bathrooms. Communication was great!

“Slumlord special” - high expectations but left overall disappointed

Pro’s- -close to st. Charles streetcar line -plenty of space to spread out when traveling with a group. -each room as their own kitchenette -full size washer-dryer Cons- -2 of the 5 bathrooms(streetcar and jazz room) not functional to use. The streetcar room has a clawfoot tub and the showerhead wasn’t screwed in the wall. The jazz room shower drain clogged and toilet was notified by owner that it was unusable and had to be replaced. -hot tub was over chlorinated. When we opened it and turned it on the chemicals were overwhelming. The chemicals were just thrown off to the side and looked trashy. -doors and windows have gaps around the door and window frames(yes it’s older home and yes I know that’s result of settling but still unacceptable and not maintained well) -tv in streetcar didn’t work. The remote was missing batteries. -ceiling paint falling in bourbon st. Room. -cracks in walls everywhere(likely foundation issues) -the plants in front and back are overgrown and not well maintained. -the house book mentions speakers in the house. We didn’t find any speakers. I thought for the price(5 figures) we paid for 4 nights, we would have better amenities. We couldn’t use 2 of the 5 bathrooms but when I requested batteries for the tv remote, I got those right away…the bathrooms didn’t seem like a priority. It felt like talking to a bot on the app versus a person sometimes. I was disappointed for our group overall at choosing this house.

This historical house is amazing! Location, location, location! Garden District 1 block from St Charles Ave trolly cars. 5 bedroom suites with bathrooms & kitchens. Large hot tub. Pat is AWESOME!

Pink Palace was just right

I stayed in the Pink Palace with my four friends for a festival and it met our expectations, even more so seeing how each room had its own bathroom and kitchen. I will say though that it's an older house so has its quirks (not all outlets work, each room with its own Wifi), but for a place to lay our heads it was great and close to what we needed to get to around New Orleans. The other thing, which is beyond the owner's control is that there were "neighbors" in the space next door, who asked for stuff once we left, but they pretty much kept to themselves. Overall, was a good space and what we needed!

Awesome NOLA trip

Our stay at the Pink Palace was fantastic! The home is beautiful and in a quiet area with close access to streetcars, busses and restaurants. The hot tub is well maintained and was a welcome retreat after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

incredible for a group!

we came with a group of friends and had the most incredible stay! the house is spacious, sunny, and on a quiet street but easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. it’s a gorgeous house and has been renovated with care. we loved the porches and backyard, and it worked out well for us that the different rooms were private from each other and some even have their own private entrance. we loved each having our own full bathroom! the house is in great condition and had everything we needed. instructions and communication were clear before, during, and after our stay. requesting a late checkout at the last minute was easy and seamless. only thing i would recommend is triple-checking that all the doors lock properly when you’re coming/going; i think this is due to the original building being quite old and possibly some warped wood. but once we realized this and made sure we locked each door correctly (including upstairs bedroom doors to the balcony) there were no issues. you will love your stay here!

Amazing

Everything was easy and amazing. Check in was a breeze, they were fast responders, and the house was lovely. I cannot recommend them enough. Also Mr. Eoles down the street is incredible.
