    The Neighborhood:

    The house is centrally located between the French Quarter and Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.



    Other Things to Note:

    As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.



    For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back of the house. These are exterior only.



    Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.



    Monday and Thursday morning hot tub cleaning: On Monday and Thursday mornings (usually between 8am-11am) someone comes to check the chemicals in the hot tub and water the plants.



    Swim at your own risk.



    IDs will be requested for verification after booking.



    Hurricane policy: If the National Hurricane Center issues a Hurricane Warning for New Orleans covering your check-in date or any night of your stay, you may reschedule without any change fees, and any nights you don't stay can be moved to new dates within 12 months (rate differences may apply). If the city orders a mandatory evacuation, or the home can't be used, those nights are refunded in full. Watches, tropical storm warnings and forecasts don't qualify, so we recommend travel insurance, bought before a storm is named.

My family and I were in town for a family reunion and wanted to pick a place for us to fit comfortably. This property did not disappoint. It was clean and the owner gave clear and detailed instructions that we needed for our stay. It was as advertised and fit everything we were looking for. Access to a pool, a grill, a place for us to enjoy a meal together and it was a few feet from a bus stop for us to get into downtown. I would definitely recommend this property.

Came in town with eight friends for our annual girls trip. The property is absolutely beautiful. We usually have a private pool but the shared pool allowed us to meet some really nice people staying in the other units. The beds are super duper comfortable, the air is cold, and plenty of space for a great 5-day trip. We definitely would come back

Perfect little place!

The house is true to the pictures in the listing. Super new and super clean. We had a great time here and have lifelong memories from a great weekend celebrating birthdays.

We were a group of 10 and the house was perfect for our group. Overall layout was great. Had plenty of seating for all and kitchen seemed to be well stocked (we did not do much cooking on this trip so cannot say much more). There was a small backyard with a hot tub which again was very nice. We did not use the pool but that area was very well done and being shared with a couple other houses would have been large enough to accommodate many people. House location was good, 2-3 block walk to the streetcar stop straight to the French Quarter. We had a small issue with one of the showers draining properly and host was responsive and came that day to address it, and in general were very responsive leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Beautiful property, but difficult neighborhood...

We rented this house while attending a conference in NOLA. Check-in was easy. The house was immaculate and very pretty. The downstairs living area is open and large, and the kitchen was well stocked and also large. The backyard is private with a hot tub and a nice sitting area with outdoor television. The house is very close to the convention center and downtown. The upstairs has several bedrooms and a laundry closet. A couple of the bedrooms are very small, and there are no closets in any of the bedrooms or in the home itself (other than a small one downstairs for broom, etc). As shown in the photos, there are small rods coming out of the walls on which you can hang your clothing. This was difficult for me because I had suits, and there just was not enough room to hang them. I also had nowhere to put my luggage. The home was beautiful, but would be difficult for several professionals to share due to having no closets. Also, one of the bathrooms had no plug which made getting ready hard. Our biggest problem was the fact that the house is in a transitioning neighborhood - right down from a large "tent community". We had homeless men loitering in our entrance porch area on some mornings, and in the evenings. We had one man searching the windows of our van very early one morning and screaming. I left to work out at Orange Theory every morning around 5:45 am. I would not feel safe walking in this area, and we did not feel safe getting out of the car or going to the car when these issues occurred. I am sure as the area growns, these issues will be resolved. The home was as advertised, but I would not recommend this house for a girls group.
