Enjoy all New Orleans has to offer at this luxury double home one house off St. Charles Ave! The streetcar is steps away, to take you further uptown to Audubon Park, or downtown through the Garden District to the French Quarter. There are restaurants, a grocery store, coffee shops, and bars within a couple blocks, and miles of shopping on Magazine Street 5 blocks away. This listing is for BOTH the upstairs and downstairs units! 4 bedrooms, a loft and 3 bathrooms total.

The whole house (upstairs and downstairs units) is yours!

Everything on the property is yours, including a large balcony with views of St Charles Ave and a covered porch.

We live a few blocks away and are happy to answer any questions that arise before or during your stay, as well as to share tips on our city and neighborhood!

Centrally located, on the border of the Uptown & Garden District neighborhoods. Everything is at your fingertips! Across St. Charles from the house is Delachaise restaurant & bar, serving delicious cuisine, wine & cocktails. Fresh Market grocery store is a block away. Walk five blocks to Magazine Street, and you'll find miles of restaurants, bars, galleries, antique and clothing stores, snowball stands, bakeries, cigar shops, music venues, chocolatiers and much more! The St. Charles Avenue streetcar is steps away - take a leisurely ride past ancient live oaks and mansions on your way downtown, to Audubon park, or the Riverbend neighborhood. Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street, JazzFest and the Superdome are all a 10 minute Uber away. If you're fortunate enough to visit during Mardi Gras, you can watch parades from the balcony. The location really can't be beat.

The streetcar is steps away, which will take you along St. Charles downtown towards the French Quarter or uptown towards Audubon Park. There is also a bus stop a block away, and taxi and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also easy to use to get around town.

There is free parking on the street in front of the house.

This listing is for two separate units with separate entrances. Their is a flight of stairs leading to the upstairs unit, and a set of steep, alternating tread stairs to the loft.

Travel crib and other baby/child equipment is available upon request - please notify us in advance if you would like it in the home.

*NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME. If the home smells of smoke upon your departure, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Perfect location, comfy for a sprawling family

Everything was exactly as pictured online! The owner was extremely communicative and helpful with both check in and check out processes. The space was exactly what we needed for our immediate family of 4 who stayed upstairs, and gramma and uncle who stayed downstairs. It was very easy and fun to travel via the St. Charles streetcar to the French Quarter and Audubon Park, and the Garden District was just the right vibe for our family. The house was comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. Note that the the two units are completely separate, with indoor and outdoor stairs, two door codes, and a large gate with its own code in between. Perfect for privacy, security, and renting the units one by one. Turned out a little more complicated for us when we realized "sending the kids down to grandma" required a bit of effort and skill! Our 9 year old could manage it but our six year old needed an escort! It was no problem, just something to be aware of if you're one group renting both units. Would absolutely stay again, and would strongly recommend for extended families or other groups where you want proximity but also value having your own space.

Beautiful, comfortable home in perfect location

Jessica was a welcoming, communicative, helpful host. We had a great visit to New Orleans (4 adults and 4 kids). The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the high quality linens on the beds and the art collection! The location is perfect, right off St. Charles, steps from the streetcar, and a short walk to Fresh Market and Magazine St. for shopping & restaurants. Our teenage kids loved that the property was a duplex so they could stay up late to play games & watch movies in their own space.

Great little property, we had the whole house for our stay. Pricey but just about worth. Neat neighborhood with St Charles, Magazine street and food/breweries near.
