• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Not going back

The kitchen was lacking all elements for a comfortable stay. The apartment can sleep up to 12 people but there was only 8 forks. I was always washing dishes. The pans were for single serving (6inch) pans. How do you cook for a family with that. There are no bowls. Have you ever fed a child any time, pic a day, without a bowl. There were no pot holders or towels. So there was one large flat baking pan, but no way to use it without getting burnt. Most of all, the communications were all about punishment if you broke a rule like I am a child you would be fined. Not very welcoming. Saying that, the rules were broken by other tenants partying in the pool very loudly until 2 am. I wonder were they charged the fines that I was threatened with if I broke a rule. Lastly, the internet was extremely slow. While watching movie with family, or TV at any time, the show would repeatedly start buffering. We often buffered more than watched. It reminded me of the internet in 1995 with the awful ring tone. This is advertised as high end, but what I got was someone putting on nice clothes without bathing for month. Looks good but overall it stinks. Won’t go back.

Beautiful and Clean

Great property. It was very new and extremely clean. Very secure with the high fences and gates. Super happy with our choice. It isn't extremely close to the French Quarter but definitely accessible.

Family weekend

Second time I have rented one of these properties and I was really pleased. They are clean, cheerful and spacious and make for a very comfortable stay. I like the central location. I really appreciate how accurately the property photos and descriptions are, and the ease of booking and communicating with property managers.

Good NO Getaway

Centrally located to all tourist attractions, trolley line, Quarter and Uptown. Place is HUGE!!! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, as well as a large kitchen and living area. Do need some kitchen towels. Really a fantastic place!!

Fantastic Experience

We loved our stay in this condo. We had a group of 5 adult couples. The bedrooms were great. We loved the gathering space. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Better than the pictures.
