Hotel had mold and paint falling form the cieling. Hotel need major major repairs. Ice machine does not work. Pool was green and disgusting. The only positive thing was there was plenty of parking which shuld have been a bad sign as to just how bad this hotel was going to be.

Shower wasn't draining properly so we had the bathroom flooded the first night, had to throw towels on the floor. On the 2nd night had to call frontdesk so housekeeping could come to mop the floor, drainage wasn't fixed, continue to flood the bathroom. Found hair and even a nail on one bed, on the other bed there was a makeup stain. Towels had makeup stains also. Is the first Quinta Inn that I disliked.

I haven’t like la Quinta for a while and knew better than to go there. This is an old, dirty motel. We even found a couple of bed bugs

The room was dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work but the staff were awesome. All rooms needs a good cleaning.

It was a horrible experience, they gave us a room that was not clean, the beds were not even made, it literally looked like someone has just left the room and they gave it to us like that. They did change the room after I complain but the second room was even worse, the toilet was disgusting with pubic hairs all over it and dry urine on toilet seat. There were dirty used sheets in the closed and the carpet was dirty as well. The sink was clogged and the AC was not even working property and it had dead bugs in it. There was also cigarette ashes on the window mantle so we check out within a few hours of checking in and booked a different hotel even though I knew I was going to loose money because I had already booked this hotel but it was just horrible I couldn’t stay there, it was disgusting.

Upon arrival, there was a sign on the front door that said pool closed and no vacancies. There were absolutely NO cars at the hotel and it was empty. I checked in and went to my room. The carpets were filthy, the room smelled like a dirty dog and while walking through the room, bugs crawled up our legs and got all over us. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. The girl at the front desk became extremely rude and wouldn’t issue a refund until I spoke to the 3rd party. Once I did and went back in she rudely said that she did the refund and then told me that she couldn’t give me a receipt. Most disgusting hotel and rude service ever.

The room needed cleaning. The shower curtain had mold all over the bottom. The phone didn't work. The sink was stopped up. There were parts of the wall falling off. The vent over the toilet was loose and looked as though it would fall on your head at any moment.

Locate decent. Rooms luckly only stay limited time. try lightswitch telvision goes out. Stinking sesspool . Fix problem dran then you refill wait intill the water is green again. Place nothing to recommend about the place! Stayed before was not to to bad just got WORSE.
