Guest Access:

The property is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check in.



The Neighborhood:

The Marigny is a safe, friendly, and laid back area, rated as one of the top 10 hippest neighborhoods in the country by the New Yorker magazine. You will be in the middle of the Marigny and Bywater buzz, a short 5 to 6 minute walk to Frenchmen Street and about a 15 minute stroll to the French Quarter, making this central location an ideal base for your stay. You do not need to go far to discover why this neighborhood is a hidden gem, as some of the best bars, restaurants, and art galleries in NOLA are close by.



All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including local favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by foot, bike, or Uber. Depending on your stride, the French Quarter is 10 to 15 minutes walking or a short Uber away. Many guests, especially locals, prefer to spend time on Frenchmen Street, a 5 minute walk, or in the local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes throughout the Marigny and Bywater. Walking in this neighborhood is quite safe and common at all hours of the day and night. Use your common sense when coming and going late at night and take a taxi or Uber if you are ever in doubt.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.

–Pets are not allowed at this property.

–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
