  • This magnificent newly renovated and professionally decorated historic single-story home is located in the Marigny Triangle neighborhood. This location allows you to experience all New Orleans has to offer. With a walkability score of 95% you are just 3 blocks from the French Quarter, 4 blocks from Frenchman Street's famous music halls and steps to the Rampart streetcar line that provides easy access to the entire city. Enjoy your stay in this 5- bedroom 4- bathroom, 2500 sq foot home, featuring a spacious open living, kitchen and dining area that will accommodate large groups comfortably. To the rear of the home, is the large open private courtyard that offers guest an additional place to gather, relax and unwind.

    The 5 bedrooms offer queen beds. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is directly connected to a large bathroom that is shared with the common area and bedroom 5. Home is also equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.

    The large kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and all the utensils you will need. The home also includes Wifi, smart TVs and washer and dryer.

    Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and all bathroom essentials.

    If your dates are not available, are you need extra bedrooms we rent the home directly next-door and another home in the same block. The home directly next-door is a brand new 3-bedroom 3-bath VRBO#2501391 and the other home located in the same block is a newly renovated 4-bedroom 4 bath VRBO#2501429 Both homes can sleep up to 10 people

This is an amazing property. I didn’t know anything about the area and Tim was very helpful with suggestions and was very fast to respond to my questions. He was super flexible with our check in and check out. The home was clean and spacious. The Air Conditioning worked amazing and was a good thing since the weather was hot! About a 10 minute walk to Frenchman Street and 20 minute walk to French Quarter. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Great trip with our family!

The photos on the listing looked great, but the house IRL was fantastic! It was very spacious and clean, with a lot of light coming through the windows. Everything seemed brand new.The location was great. Safe neighborhood and just a 15 min walk to the French Market; and about 10 min to Frenchmen. If renting a car, street parking availability isn’t too bad. We have family friends who live close by who helped with errands and transport to/from airport, and never had any issues finding a place to park. Walking back late at night was never a problem.The host was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Great location. Very responsive host! Easy walk to both French Quarter and Frenchman Street music and restaurants. We had a great time. November is a good time to visit New Orleans.

House and property were excellent. The house interior was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos! 5 very nice bedrooms with 4 ensuites, one of the en-suite baths was also a common bath. Nice location with a small convenience store across the road that has a large variety of goods and alcohol. Loved the back patio, could use a little more shade this time of year and ant spray!!! House was equipped well just as described on VRBO. The Host Tim was very kind and accommodating. Tim is also excellent at responding to communications. Due to handicap issues with several of our travelers we chose to uber to the French Quarter and back. I feel like if you are able to walk without trouble it’s very walkable. Approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the Quarter. (0.8 miles)

My fiancé and one of his best friends turned 50 and they wanted to celebrate in New Orleans. This place was perfect. Centrally located, clean and welcoming. Definitely would recommend.

Short walk to the Quarter. Nice feature is each room having its own HVAC so the Floridians and Wisconsonites could coexist comfortably. Would visit again!

New Orleans stay

The accommodations were excellent! Absolutely beautiful and completely stocked with all the necessities when you are traveling. Only downside was the noise level from the party place across the street that seemed to last until 4:00 in the morning.

Girls 50th Birthday Day Trip

We traveled to New Orleans to attend the Essence Festival for my 50th Birthday. The property is beautiful, well stocked, and in walking distance (less than 10-15 minutes away) to several restaurants. We easily found places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a late night meal. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was a nice bonus.
