"Beautiful property very well maintained and the staff was excellent!"

"Small thing; but the wash clothes felt like I was exfoliating my face! And the pillows were way too soft..Everything else was great! I would stay there again, just bring my own washcloth."

"Room was clean and comfortable,Staff was excellent and the room served its purpose for one stay while visiting to go to a concert at Koka booth. Plaster was falling off the ceiling and walls in room and hallways were beat up pretty bad. Property was relatively clean though. No complaints other than maybe a little touch up was needed on those areas mentioned"

"Very friendly front staff!!"

"So first off, Expedia didn't book the reservation correctly and they were at full capacity. Expedia basically said "oh, no problem, we'll put you somewhere else" without realizing, that, well, no, that actually is a problem and Expedia sucks. If I can't count on you to keep a reservation, you're not useful to me so this will be the last time I use Expedia for a trip. That all said, Craig at the front desk somehow figured it out. He made a few calls and a room magically opened. I assume this...

"Staff was the most helpful people that I have encountered in my 30+ years of traveling."

"Clean room, friendly staff, and very close to downtown Raleigh"

"Spell, dirty"

"Staff at the front desk very kind warm and welcoming - and answered all my questions. Building could use a reno - paint peeling off the tub - vinyl flooring curling up - carpet old with spots and no padding under. Bed comfortable, great centralized location. Quiet room except for another person on the phone late at night in the hallway deep in conversation - so noisy at 2 am. Good size newer refrigerator - and new toilet noted."
