Private entrance to a quaint, country sun-filled room with a giant floor to ceiling wrap around window that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Gorgeous sunrises/sunsets that you can view from your own outside porch. Queen-sized bed, mounted flat screen TV, Internet, mini-fridge, dining nook, and a bathroom attached to the room with a large ceramic-tiled shower.
Seasonal pool is available for guests only.

The property is in a very rural, scenic part of Solebury Township. It was pure pleasure to sit on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand watching the sun rise over the hills in the distance, and to enjoy the same beautiful vista in the evening with a glass of wine. JoAnn was delightful to deal with. We will not hesitate to return in the future if the occasion arises.

JoAnn is an excellent host. She had quite a few good suggestions that we followed for places to go and eat that even though we’re familiar with the area, surprised us. The space is comfortable and small, but still plenty of room. The air conditioner worked great. The property is beautiful. We got to sit and enjoy hummingbirds on the front bench we alternated eating out, and then reheating in the microwave and the pool is absolutely amazing. It’s well cared for and the view you have is almost like an infinity pool. We had an incredible romantic time there.

Scenic and quiet location

Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious. Not a large bedroom hroom but for our short stay it was fine. There is a nice patio directly off the room. Enjoyed sitting outside at night watching fireflies. Lots of birds during the day. Location is on a hill so there is a nice view of the countryside. We arrived after a cold spell so the pool wasn't quite ready for swimming but we did get in a quick dip. Convenient to Doylestown museums and restaurants. Would stay here again if I'm in the area. Host was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. Joanne was a gracious host even greeting us when we arrived much later than planned and I’m sure after she was comfortable and tucked in for the night. Wonderful setting, comfortable space and great location. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet get away

This property was in a quiet area and was nice to get away from the city. Very convenient to many little towns nearby. Joann was very communicative and offered great restaurant options nearby! Would stay here again.

Long weekend

Host was great. Place was neat and clean and conveniently located. Nice deck where we drank coffee to start and end each day watching and listening to the birds. Highly recommended if you are lookin for a place to stay in the area.

Perfect little getaway!

We have stayed here on multiple occasions. JoAnn is a terrific host and the location is perfect for us - right in the middle of New Hope/Lambertville and Doylestown in a truly beautiful, serene location. JoAnn's place is our "go to" stay for our short weekend visits to the area!

Christmas Getaway

Beautiful area, incredible property, everything was perfect. Pet friendly, clean, pretty room with everything we needed. Very nice owner and friendly property supervisor (? not sure of his title) Would absolutely love to go back this summer to enjoy the pool. It's a really nice pool. Can't wait to go back 5 STARS

Weekend Get Away

Ideal rental for two when visiting New Hope, Peddler's Village and Doylestown area. The sunrises and night sky are gorgeous! The owner, Joann is very knowledgeable in regards to the area. Joann is helpful and responsive when reaching out via the phone.

Clean, Comfy, Pretty Apartment in Great Location

JoAnn's property is really nice; the apartment is spacious, cozy, has everything you need, and is impeccably clean. Because of a website glitch, not all of JoAnn's check-in instructions came through, but she was easy to reach and super helpful. The apartment is also very conveniently located to be able to get to lots of different things to do easily.

"A Room with a View"

Sitting out on the porch, one has a wonderful view of the pastoral hills that make Bucks County such a beautiful place. A great place to unwind.

Perfect Hideaway

I was back in the New Hope area for a few days, mostly to catch up with friends, but also for a bit of relaxing in the middle of a long, multistage road trip. JoAnn’s place couldn’t have been more perfect. Plenty of space, great views, and easy driving distance to everything. Definitely recommended.

Private location

I initially reserved four nights and then extended my stay by three more, as it was a comfortable place to stay. The large windows offered a beautiful view that was enjoyable at any time of the day. New Hope, Lambertville, Peddler's Village, and Doylestown were just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
