Outside of your stay, this is our personal home and headquarters. We are happy to open our home to guests and will be providing a fully equipped home for your comfort and needs. Please enjoy your stay in Quail Valley surrounded by the beautiful hill country and it's quiet surroundings. Our location is minutes from Creekside Shopping center, Historical Gruene, restaurants, entertainment, floating the river and so much more! Please reach out with any questions or concerns any time during your stay. We are always available.

Host was very responsive! Beds were very comfy. Only 1 small bathroom upstairs was rough with 6 of us staying there but we managed. Also didn’t realize that all of the bedrooms were upstairs- photos didn’t reveal that prior to booking. But overall a good experience.

House could use some tlc, replace broken chair, rooms/doors can use some new paint, a new living room rug. It felt awkward staying in someone's actual home. I must of overlooked that this was someone's actual residence, (my error )

Great spot for floating the Guadalupe River

Elizabeth was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and quick to communicate. She answered all of our questions promptly and addressed any feedback with genuine care and professionalism. The home itself was perfect for our stay: clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for floating the Guadalupe River, and Elizabeth provided some excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we really enjoyed. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Easy NB getaway spot

Easy place to stay for a short trip with best friend and our children to Schlitterbahn. Rental is close to downtown and it was a very easy check in process. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Good for the one night

The house was fine for 1 night but did smell like smoke and the attempt to cover up said smoke smell. This house is obviously a permanent residence where they just leave when it’s rented. 3 small bedrooms with the master locked so it only leaves you with a 1/2 bath downstairs and the kids bathroom. Back porch is a nice spot to have a drink and chill but the furniture is mostly broken. Host is was easy to work with communicated and clean up was very basic which is nice. Just fair warning if you don’t like the smell of smoke and someone trying to mask it this might not be the place for you.

We loved everything about this place. It was nice, had everything we needed. Felt like home. Elizabeth was an amazing host. If I needed anything I could just message her. We have already booked another stay at this place in November. 10/10 recommend.

This house was beautiful, very homey, fully furnished, so very close to everything we wanted/needed. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. The host was PHENOMENAL!!! Quick to respond, helpful, sweet, caring, over the top exceptional! Felt like I was staying at an aunt's house and not a strangers. We will 100% stay at Ms. Elizabeth's home anytime we come to New Braunfels. Couldn't recommend this listing more!

Perfect stop over!

First of all, Elizabeth is great! Personable, gracious and quick go respond to any messages. Couldn't ask for a better host. The home is great! It was very clean and exactly as listed. It was too hot to enjoy the outside patio much, but it was very nice and would have been great in any other weather. We were close to the outlet malls, recreation areas and any place we would want to eat, but also in a nice and quiet neighborhood in a beautiful home. If you're needing to stay in this area, don't hesitate to book this home!

Nice home

A great home for family time for schlitterbaun days. The host was on mark with communication. The place was great! The only issue we ran into was location. Each day the Google mapping changed our route significantly. It's along the 35 corridor and there are rural and industrial stretches, and depending on traffic flow or small stops it changed the route significantly. The neighborhood was quiet. And the outside space was awesome for family game night.
