Location! Location! Location! This amazing vacation rental has everything you need for a fun-filled and relaxing getaway with friends and family. With an above ground swimming pool, games, grill, covered outdoor patio with a TV- there's plenty of entertainment to keep everyone happy. The spacious patio area is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging, and the grill is perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Sleeps 8 comfortably plus an additional 3 person(s)- 1 queen pullout sofa and 1 twin pullout (mattresses are NOT spring but upgraded Nature's Bed gel memory foam mattress).

The home is a perfect place for families or friends wanting to hang out. There are four bedrooms.
Room 1- master with a king sized bed and its own bathroom
Room 2- queen sized bed with a premium sleeper chair with pullout twin memory mattress
Room 3- two (2) twin-sized beds (not in a bunk)
Room 4- two (2) twin sized beds (not in a bunk)

In the living room we offer a queen size pull out sleeper sofa with a higher end gel memory foam mattress. We provide all upgraded linens!

Interstates I-35 offers seamless access to and from the freeway. Many dining options and grocery stores are conveniently nearby, making your stay very convenient!

Pool
The swimming pool is above average in size and is where you'll probably spend most of your time! It is located in a fully fenced, oversized backyard and has a large covered patio. There is a charcoal grill. Please note, we do not provide charcoal. The pool’s depth is 4 feet. No diving! No lifeguard on duty! Children must be supervised by an adult at all times!

Additional Amenities
We offer body wash, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner in all bathrooms.
There is one Pack-N-Play and one highchair that can be requested before your due to arrive.
Hair dryer and curling irons are in all bathrooms.

Finally, we must inform you that you are required to acknowledge and accept these house rules before booking.
- The accurate number of guests must not exceed the number registered in the reservation
- No unauthorized parties or events – If violated, you will be asked to leave home immediately without refund!

- Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am – We have neighbors just as you do at your home.
