  • 7 B/R house (formerly a Bed & Breakfast) has been converted to whole house vacation rental. With covered outdoor kitchen, in-ground pool, hot tub, and fire pits; this is a great place to relax between hill country excursions. You will be 1 mile form a public boat ramp, 9 miles to tubing above or below the lake, 10 miles to Whitewater Amphitheater, 15-20 to Gruene, Wimberley or Blanco, 25 to Schlitterbahn, 45 to Luckenbach, 48 to Fredericksburg, an hour to Austin or San Antonio, and much more.

Great place to stay for family gathering! Upstairs suite was the cherry on top! Great splash pool for hot summer days and the wildlife and amenities were great. Rex was an awesome host!

14 of us stayed from July 2-5 and EVERYONE had an amazing time. The property provides everything you need and the hosts were fantastic. The house and pool were clean and overall, well maintained. We see deer 2-3 times daily, a fox multiple times and lots of hummingbirds. It was a very cool experience and we would stay there again.

Rex, the on site owner was the best. This house was perfect for the entire family. We were not surrounded by other homes so the kids didn’t disturb anyone. It’s about 1 hour to Austin or San Antonio, and 30 minutes to New Braunfels. In the morning and early evening the deer show up to eat. The kids got to see baby deer up close ! I have rented many vacation homes, but this one was the best.

Our group had the most amazing stay! The house itself was super clean and worked perfectly for the 16 of us in our group. Rex was an amazing host- he showed us around and gave us plenty of good to know information when we arrived. He was nice enough to even lend us a missing ingredient when we were baking! The property was amazing from the pool to the wildlife- we especially enjoyed our mornings outside watching the deer.We truly could not recommend this stay more!

This was our second time to stay at the Lazy H. It is a great place for our family to relax and enjoy time together. Hosts are lovely people that are available and helpful and friendly .

Family Getaway

Great Space for all to have their own rooms and bathrooms, the outdoor spaces were awesome! We really enjoyed the pavillon and the hot tub! The beds were comfortable and the owners are very responsive and helpful! We look forward to renting here again!

Great place for large group

Had a group of friends to celebrate my daughter upcoming wedding. The large central space with separate bedroom/bathrooms was ideal! Would highly recommend
