Welcome to Harbourview Hideaway, nestled in the lovely marina & golfing community of Fairfield Harbor, New Bern, NC. This one-bedroom unit offers the perfect space if you are boating in or in town for a golf trip. Located close to Downtown New Bern, it's a gem if you're popping in for a special event or taking in a full vacation. Enjoy this location & all the amenities included at the Community Center in FFH. Harbour Point Golf Club is open to the public & very close to unit!

Guests have use of entire unit and balcony area.

I am available via text & phone. Please contact me upon arrival to your rental.
**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **

Check-out time is 10AM.

Check-out Instructions:
Wash and put away all dishes (do not leave them in the dishwasher).
Make sure all garbage is secure and remove from property. Dumpsters are located at the end of each building.
Empty the refrigerator and remove all food that you brought into the unit.
Remove all linens from beds and in the bathrooms and place in front of the wash machine.
Leave all windows and doors closed and secured.
Turn off all lights and leave thermostats set on 74 degrees.

Beautiful place with stunning views! Water views from master bedroom and living room with continuous balcony and private sitting areas was perfect setting for some R&R. Had everything we needed plus more! The host and contact from booking til departure was great and always responsive. Our weekend getaway left us wishing we were there for a week or longer! We will be back.

My wife and I stayed at the property from April 25th to May 3rd on vacation to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay and found the host, Christine Britton, to be very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. Christine did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will be coming back whenever we visit New Bern (my wife’s hometown) in the future. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends and family.

Property manager was outstanding. We had problems operating digital lock on door late at night. She was very helpful resolving the issue. Perfect location overlooking the marina.

Relaxing and cozy space with lovely marina views!

We stayed at this property for four nights with our two children. It was unusually cold and snowy and the fireplace heater provided such a warm and cozy space for us to enjoy. The decor is lovely; it feels personally appointed, not a run-of-the-mill VRBO rental. Having two bathrooms was extra convenient. It was also extremely clean and had everything needed for our stay; plenty of towels, pillows and blankets, and the bed in the master suite is heavenly. The large balcony overlooking the marina was a great place to sit and have coffee and view all the wildlife! Communication with the owner was perfect; very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful unit

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the New Bern area. This unit is perfect for a couple. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. And I am a fanatic about cleanliness! Lots of extras and pretty much everything you would want. Very quiet and peaceful setting. My fisherman husband enjoyed the fishing dock which is right down the street.The marina and entire community is very nice for walking with amenities. In fact the pool was already open. The communication from Virginia the host, also Christine, was excellent. She was always prompt and very helpful with any questions. We encountered no problems at all. In case you’re wondering, the ride info New Bern is about 20 minutes. Easy with no traffic. I would highly recommend staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Virginia!
