"Sisäänkirjautuminen koneella oli hidasta ja turhaa: ensimmäinen yritys ei onnistunut, minkä jälkeen henkilökunta teki 5min töitä omalla koneellaan. Sen jälkeen minun piti itse kirjautua vielä pädillä, vaikka henkilökunta olisi voinut hyvin tehdä sen puolestani. Muuten kaikki OK."
