I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are completely unhelpful. They didn't answer our questions upon check-in and were surly and rude. The management is indifferent and unhelpful towards hotel guests. There is no room cleaning, hygiene is zero. They didn't answer our questions ...

Pools und rutschen waren in Ordnung. Leider ist die Hotline stark überlastet und man verbringt ewig in der Warteschlange. Weiteres Manko ist, dass wirklich versucht wird, mit allem zusätzlich noch Geld vor Ort zu verdienen. Sehr wenig Inklusivleistungen,wie kostenfreie Spinte.

Der Spreewald ist schon sehr schön Die Ferienwohnung war dazu fantastisch. Wohlfühlfaktor gleich 10.Alles was braucht war da .Die Vermieter immer da um es als Kurzurlaub zu genießen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Also man kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
