When we asked about it we were told it hadn’t been turned on yet and it was up to the manager to decide if it was hot enough. Our room was on the third floor - heat rises - it was too hot to sleep. The hotel has one side where there is no elevator access. The hotel description says it has an elevator. We would not have booked here if we knew we had to use stairs. "Very clean, well-located four-star hotel just around the corner from the Palladium shopping mall and its extensive food court. Three Starbucks a block away from the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of a Metro station, trams, the Old City and very affordable restaurants. We were in a suite. Lots of space. But It could have used a microwave and Nespresso machine in addition to the mini-fridge. King bed was comfortable. Shower was in a high-sided bathtub. Some might find that...

"This is a great hotel to stay in Prague, close to all the big sights, never needed a taxi just walked everywhere 👍 All the staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was fine. The hotel probably has the best power shower in the world… nearly took the skin off my back lol Enjoy it is a real lovely city 😘"
