Welcome to our Apartment Rabat 14 in Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja!



The apartment is centrally located in the popular Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 mins by car or bus)



The apartment is a charming 2 bedroom apartment with room for a total of 5 people. The apartment is newly refurbished and has a modern kitchen and newly tiled bathroom. Terrace is south facing on 17 sqm and has a lovely view out over the Oasis beautiful garden with palm trees and flowers etc. The terrace has dining table and chairs plus two sunloungers, plus a BBQ for nice BBQ evenings. There is a markis to get shade when you like. There is a well equipped kitchen and a nice living room with a 32 inch TV and Internet.



Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.



Nerja is an authentic and charming town with great views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture, and small hidden beaches and cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful scenery where you can both hike, bike, climb, dive, etc.. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!



DIRECTIONS

Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Rabat 14, Nerja.



1. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja

2. When you see the first signs “Nerja” wait to turn off the highway until the last exit, you shall turn of at exit 929.

Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”.

3. You arrive in Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, on your left side you see the Oasis de Capistrano area(signposted). Here, you drive 300 degrees around in the roundabout and follow the signs Oasis de Capsitrano.

4. You will now enter the Oasis de Capistrano area, this road is one-way and shaped like a horseshoe (starts with the Taxi zone 5 and go to the Taxi zone 1). You follow the road through the entire horseshoe first down the hill and then up the hill back to the “taxi zone 1”.

5. You park your car in the “Taxi zone 1”, from here you can see a staircase down on your right, follow this down and then take the first right. Then take first to the left, here you follow the path until you find Apartment number 14. You find a key safe to the left of the door. This you open with your keycode that you received in the booking confirmation.

We have had a lovely 10 days at Frederick and Ulrika's apartment. It is comfortable and clean and has everything you could possibly need and they have obviously put a lot of thought into it. It is set in beautiful gardens with lovely mountain views. There are supermarket's, restaurants and bars nearby so you don't have to walk too far if you don't want to. There are lots of steps and steep hills on the complex so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues but if you want to get your steps in it's perfect! We hope to return in the future

We loved our stay here! Beautiful peaceful complex with stunning gardens and views to mountains and sea! For those with kids who want to play in the pool, beware of the strict lifeguard at the main pool! We used the top pool instead and the kids were able to play happily and enjoy themselves, would definitely stay here again!

A lot of stairs to reach the flat, flat adequate, sunny terrace up to 15.00. bedding and towels old and stained, double bed mattress cover too small lifting corners and top sheets 2 singles duvet covers? no tea towels for the kitchen that we had to buy, and dishes a bit short we bought 2. Clothes airer a bit rusty and very short of peg , we bought a packet. Ac unit in lounge start leaking water after a couple of hours. no much space for dried goods in the kitchen, had to free a cupboard. No information pack, if your are new in the area. Over all, a bit tired and not as well looked after like other flats we have stayed on the Oasis.

A lovely stay in Nerja!

We were a family of 5 adults and the apartment was lovely and clean with everything we needed, if a little smaller than expected. Grounds of complex were stunning, however there was no snack bar as advertised and no terrace/area to sit for a drink or snack by the pool as this seemed to be being refurbished and we weren't notified of this which was quite disappointing. We also booked for 5 people but only had bedding and towels for 4 people. However they did arrive quickly once we informed the owners.A welcome pack with infirmation about the area, bus and transport links would have been a nice touch but we had to google everything. However all in all we had a lovely stay. disappointi towels

Toppenlägenhet!

Vi bodde i lägenheten i 2 veckor i maj/juni och det var super! Precis lagom till vår familj på fyra och den var utrustad med allt man behöver. Jättefin pool på området som vi badade i dagligen. Lite vass mosaik i poolen då vi alla fick lite skärsår på tårna men annars kanon! En 15-20 min promenad till stranden med barn men det gick jättebra. Vi tog den ”gamla” vägen men den nya ska vara lite snabbare. Fredrik och Ulrika var väldigt tillgängliga och svarande snabbt på frågor och annat som dök upp. Vi hyrde bil och det var väldigt lätt att parkera utanför i området. Vi rekommenderar denna lägenheten starkt! Tack för två toppenveckor!

Lovely break away

We had a lovely week, Nerja is a great location. We had a problem getting in as the key code box hadn’t been changed but the owner answered his phone promptly to get us in. Only one problem was the curtain pole was broken and the kids couldn’t sleep in the room due to the outside lights, took a few days to get fixed but then all good. Overall apartment is lovely and well equipped.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for accessing supermarket, restaurants, bars. Complex was excellent, spent days by the poolside and using the pool very clean, everyone very friendly and restaurant Les Feuents excellent which was very near complex. Local bus regularly passes complex that you can catch into town.

A lovely apartment on a pretty complex

The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the outdoor space and the view from the large balcony. The shower was great and the beds were really comfy. We were 4 adults and had enough space but my personal opinion is that the apartment would be too small for 6 adults. The complex was quiet and very pretty and the main pool was lovely. The flat walk into the pretty vibrant centre of Nerja was no problem although we chose to get a 7 euro taxi home each evening. The walk to the beach was also ok but it's a steep walk back up hill that some may struggle with. A word of warning - the sunbeds around the pool cost 2 euros (there are 2 chairs and parasols in the apartment you can take to the pool and beach) and no 'fun' is allowed in the pool i.e no jumping in, no inflatables and no balls - fine for us but it would not have been ok when our children were younger. There also isnt any 'information' in the apartment, however the owners were very responsive to queries. We would happily stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung in grüner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung in einer ruhigen grünen Anlage mit schönem Pool. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden, Sonnenschirme, Stühle, Grill, selbst deutsches Fernsehen! Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, da einige steile Treppen zu bewältigen sind.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich, genau wie es im Internet beschrieben war. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist schön groß, wir konnten jeden Morgen draußen frühstücken. Leider gab es keine Polsterauflagen für die Gartenstühle, daher waren sie sehr hart. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber okay. Der Ausblick in den tropischen Garten ist traumhaft und überhaupt die ganze Ferienanlage ist traumhaft. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir lieber im Meer baden. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Burriana Strand war okay, aber weiter als in der Beschreibung angegeben, ca. 1,5 km Fußweg. Wir sind zum Viadukt gefahren und von dort aus zu Fuß gegangen, ca. eine viertel Stunde. Auch das Zentrum hatte man nicht in einem Kilometer erreicht, es waren ca. 3 km. Nerja ist ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort. Es gibt sehr viele Parkplätze, aber auch sehr viele Autos, so dass es immer etwas schwierig war, dort einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir haben öfters im Parkhaus am Balkon de Europa geparkt. Von dort aus kann man zum Strand El Salon gehen, der sehr feinen Sand hat und nicht steinig ist. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben die Orte Marbella, Granada und Ronda erkundet, was sehr beeindruckend war, sowie das schöne weiße Bergdorf Frigiliana. Auch die Höhlen in Nerja sind einen Besuch wert.

Perfect Villa

The villa was perfect for our needs and definitely exceeded our expectations. The owners were wonderful in the build up and answered any queries I had. I love Oasis Capistrano and have been several times over the years and would definitely come back to this villa. 100% recommended

This apartment was smaller and darker than anticipated. For part of our stay there were 4 adults staying plus a toddler. As it was early in the year, our evening meal was taken inside, and that meant a fair amount of moving furniture to accommodate us all at the table. The sofa wasn’t really comfortable with 4 adults sitting together either. The kitchen area looked fine, but it was impractical - there was nowhere to store food apart from the fridge freezer, I ended up emptying a drawer to store cereals, tins etc. Not sure why there were two sinks in such a small area when there was a dishwasher installed. I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for that time of year (Feb - March) as the sun left the terrace before 3pm, so the apartment was cold and dull from early afternoon, although there were heaters provided. The beds were comfortable. Easy parking and a bus stop close by.

Great place and helpful hosts

Perfect holiday for lazy days by the pool and barbecues! Snack bar/restaurant sadly not open which was a shame for us, but this was nothing to do with the hosts of course! Apartment equipped with everything needed for a great self catering stay and a brilliant barbecue. Beautiful gardens and 15 mins walk of beach.

Oasis is right

A great one night stay at this lovely tropical complex. The apartment was great for 2 people with everything you need, apart from the hairdryer but that was a minor detail. The location might be too from the town for anyone with walking difficulties but we had no issues. A taxi back was only 7 euros anyway. Lots of English TV channels including sky and bt sports and a fantastic Bluetooth speaker for listening to music. All in all, an excellent week in the Andalusian sun in the charming town of Nerja.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Wohnobjekt in toller Umgebung.

Sehr gutes Objekt, sehr gute Örtlichkeit, sehr gute Grillmöglichkeit aber schlechte Außensitzmöbel! Sonst wie im botanischen Garten, sehr ruhig und gepflegt.

logement très fonctionnel dans une très belle résidence andalouse au calme, au centre d'un parc à la végétation luxuriante et très bien entretenu. La piscine à proximité est également très bien entretenue et surveillée, avec petite paillote pour prendre un verre.

Holiday heaven

Just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 2 week stay at apartment, 2 adults and 2 children age 9 & 6. Fantastic holiday from start to finish. Apartment exactly as photographed, spotlessly clean and a real home from home. Self catered for breakfast, lunch & some dinners, eating out at Burriana beach on a number of occasions. Grounds are immaculate with main pool just loved by the kids, as a result swimming & confidence has really increased. It’s a steep 10 / 15 minute walk from complex to beach, no issue for us or kids, we took the off road path as quickest. Lots to do for water sport enthusiasts or equally just to sunbathe & people watch. Supermarket is a 5/10 minute walk and has absolutely everything you need if self catering. Nerja town is beautiful with lovely cafes & shops. We don’t generally revisit properties as we like to go to different places however we will be considering returning. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great week in Nerja

A fantastic week in this property, the apartment was modern and well finished and the pool areas very clean and well kept. The beach is about twenty minutes walk downhill, a little long back especially with tired kids. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist auch aufgrund der schönen Dachterrasse mit Grill sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anlage war vor allen Dingen jetzt in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig und den Pool hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Gutsortierter Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
