Chalet (build in 2017) for 12 persons on the ski slope of Nendaz. Easy access with the car to the chalet and real ski-in/ski-out property.

5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna area, fully equipped kitchen, living area.



First floor:

Spacious living room with fireplace and large windows overlooking the ski slope and the Alps.

Open kitchen, fully equipped with dining room

Entrance with cloakroom and toilet



- 1 floor:

1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet

1 bedroom with 2 single beds

1 bedroom with bunk beds for 4 children

1 bathroom with shower, toilet and a sauna



- 2 floor:

1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet

1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer



2 outside parking spaces



Equipment:

Induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 2 ovens, 1 raclette and pancake party set (8 people) and 1 fondue set. A gas barbecue.

DVD player, wifi. Hair dryers.

Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:

- beds made on arrival

- towels

- final cleaning



Optional:

- Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)

- 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person



Wood for the fireplace is to be provided by the tenant.



In winter the chalet is easily accessible when the roads are clear. However, if the roads are heavily snowed in, it is necessary to have chains for the car. We recommend that you take some with you just in case.
