Just a short distance away is the fascinating Founders Heritage Park, ideal for both kids and adults. Explore its village museum, vintage railway, charming cafe, craft beer and local wine bar, and unique artisan foods and crafts.

⭐️ Inclusions

• Tranquil Tides will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.



⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

• Spa Pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

• Stairs - Please note this home has stairs.

• Pond - Please note there is a small pond in the front garden area. This is covered with netting, but small children will require supervision in this area.



⭐️ Check-in

• You are welcome to arrive anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out

• Please complete departure by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
