Only staying guests allowed - no visitors permitted without prior agreement with host.

Car parking - Off-street parking is available for maximum 3 vehicles. There is no on-street parking on the street frontage.

Elevator and Stairs Access - Please note this is a two-storey home with elevator and stairs access between the entry and upper bedroom level, as well as the main living level below. There are also steps from the balcony deck to the pool, spa & garden area.

Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the main entry and parking area as well as the side access-ways to the property.

Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming season that typically extends from late October until late April.

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

No noise that has the potential to disturb neighbours shall be made at any time during the designated “quiet hours” of 9:00pm and 8:00am.

Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
