(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Week end away but not happy

First of all not happy we had a massive rat inside our kitchen that Eat our food it was so discusting we were sitting down watching TV when we seen the rat ran across to the kitchen so I had no proper sleep just thinking we had that rat inside it was very stressful please send pest control

Great Location for Beach Holiday

Nicely renovated apartment with quality cookware and appliances. Unfortunately the bed is rather hard and may require a mattress topper. The bathroom is renovated but lacks towel hooks and shelf in shower and no hair dryer was supplied. Blinds in bedroom mean when balcony door is open they flap or if rolled up the light wakes you in morning. There is a/c in the bedroom and a small fan was supplied. Curtains would work better in this situation. Google TV was supplied but when you are not familiar with streaming services it can be challenging and no instruction how to get back to free to air TV and no trouble shooting instructions. If these things do not bother you then this is a great apartment and very spacious for a 1br apartment.

Very good apartment

Apartment is very nice and clean. If you need to rely on the apartment for internet then it wouldn’t be very good as it is slow especially after 8:30pm. But other than that I have no complaints
