Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house.
IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be asked to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 (plus non-refundable admin fee $15).
3. Sign our rental agreement
Guest Access:
A lockbox is provided in the carport area for easy self check-in. The keys inside will give you access to the doors, balcony doors, and windows, with a remote available for the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Irambang Street is set in a quiet residential pocket of Nelson Bay, offering a peaceful base while still being close to everything. The area is leafy, family-friendly, and only a short distance from the coast. You’ll find small local shops, cafés, and services nearby, with the lively Nelson Bay town centre and marina just minutes away.
Nelson Bay is known as the heart of Port Stephens, famous for its beaches, dolphin cruises, and relaxed coastal vibe.
The neighbourhood is great for outdoor activities, from walking trails and lookouts to water sports and fishing.
It’s also a convenient hub for day trips to Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay, Anna Bay, and the Stockton Sand Dunes.
Getting Around:
From our place, you’re only minutes from Nelson Bay town centre, the marina, and stunning beaches. Local buses run along Government Road, or you can drive easily to Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay, Anna Bay, and Newcastle Airport. Ferries from the marina also offer a scenic trip to Tea Gardens.
