Family accommodation in Little Beach

This 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor is comfortably furnished and offers good views of the water from the balcony off the good sized open plan lounge/dining area. The living area captures the great afternoon sun to let in the light for the early evenings. The neat renovated kitchen has a dishwasher. The lounge has a large 50inch Plasma Screen TV and a DVD Player.The large bathroom has a bath and separate shower as well as a separate toilet and laundry facilities. The main bedroom has a double bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 trundle beds. The unit has access to a lock up garage for small vehicles and storage only (max. 1.7mtrs) and also a open car space.

Good views of the water from the lounge/balcony. Leafy outlook from the kitchen. Opposite Little Beach, children's playground, BBQ's, boat ramp and cafe. Only 800m to Wests Nelson Bay Diggers Club and approximately 2.3km to the Nelson Bay CBD, award winning restaurants, cinema, boutique shopping and d'Albora Marina.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Fantastic unit for a family.

This unit was really lovely. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 5 (I felt it was bigger than it looked in the pictures). The four single beds (2 beds, 2 trundles) was perfect for our kids (and they were actually king singles I think). We had everything we needed. The balcony was quite small but delightful. We loved the view of the water and the trees. So many wonderful birds to enjoy. We especially loved the rainbow lorikeets that were so friendly they would come over and sit on the railing and great us morning and afternoon with beautiful songs and chatter.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great spot had everything needed haveing the garage was handy for bikes and fishing gear a bbq near by would have been perfect ,wasnt enough linen for all of us as i booked for 6 but we found some blankets in cupboard and made do with what we had ,will be goin back for sure

Good Location - Dirty Unit

16/17 Mistral Court - Great spot to relax opposite the beach. Unit dirty not clean. Blankets had stains, appliances dirty not clean. Place hadnt been vacuum cleaned and floors were sticky. No guest items left out for stay. Overall this unit should not be listed as a rental property. Not hygienically clean. Cockroachs everywhere. Was very unhappy with stay!!!
