"Great hotel, awesome pool area, large breakfast, polite staff, yes building was older, but rooms were clean, quiet and the a/c was nice and cold, was 100°+ degrees outside when I was staying, so I stayed in the building the majority of the time, would stay again."

"Nicest motel I've ever stayed at. Very reasonable rates. They offer breakfast. If you miss the times for the breakfast, they still have coffee, tea, juices, and cereals available. They are very clean. People who work there are very polite and accommodating. Right next to a super cheap gas station. Was 1.87/gallon while i was there. Showers super nice and clean. Bed sheets had no stains, very fresh."

"Everything was good except the continental breakfast is a cold breakfast during the week. So cereal, yogurt and toast. They only have forks and knives. I asked for a spoon and they said they are out, so now I’m trying to eat cereal and yogurt with a fork. Cereal was very difficult and ended up throwing it away!!"

"I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!"

"After a bad experience at another hotel nearby, we were so relieved to find Sleep Inn. The difference was night and day. The room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable — exactly what we needed.
Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a nice variety to choose from. The whole place felt well-kept and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Springfield."
