Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit als Familie. Der Ausblick der Anlage ist hier wirklich hervorragend. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Das einzige was stört, vielleicht anderen wieder nicht, sind die vielen wilden Katzen und Hunde in der Gegend. Etwas ungewohnt für uns gewesen. Dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas von der Unterkunft. Alles super geklappt mit der Kommunikation.

Amazing stay

Wonderful villa in a peaceful spot, not far from the town, the beach or the supermarket. There is plenty of parking and the villas are large and spacious. The gardens are well maintained and have a wonderful view of the sea and Neo Moudania. The rooms are large and well appointed and the kitchen has everything you need - including a microwave, kettle and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto in Villa 1 if you're planning ahead!) Mario was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble, sorting extra bits we asked for and telling us about places to visit and eat. He was always helpful. friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend the villas and we are already planning on going back again!

Genau wie beschrieben!

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Allerdings sind die beiden Doppelbetten im Obergeschoss ziemlich schmal für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, allerdings muss man ständig spülen (keine Spülmaschine), weil von allem maximal sechs Teile vorhanden sind. Müslischalen oder ähnliches fehlen ganz. Insgesamt aber ein tolles. großzügiges Haus, was man durchaus mit 6 Erwachsenen bewohnen kann.

Heavenly Halkidiki

We had a really lovely holiday in Halkidiki, made especially wonderful by our accommodation at Kalma Villas and the warm welcome we received from Marios, the manager of the villas. He was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa was a very contemporary, clean and comfortable property with stunning views over the sea and its own swimming pool. It was equipped with everything we needed, including a barbecue. Less than a mile from Nea Moudania, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the stroll in and out of the town in the evenings to eat in one of the many restaurants and bars along the seafront. We were also able to explore the peninsulas of Kassandra and Sithonia very easily by car. A beautiful part of the world to which we will return I'm sure!

We had a wonderful holiday! The cottage is clean and comfortable. The beds are good. The pool was lovely from where you could enjoy the beautiful view over the sea. A supermarket around the corner (5 minutes walk). In short, good conditions. Recommendation: If you have a car available to you, you can discover the Chalkidiki with its beautiful beaches and villages. The house itself is very spacious.

Mario, the owner, who also lives next door, very warmly welcomed us. The house itself is very spacious. The two bedrooms upstairs have an incredible view on the sea and the Mount Olymp. The garden with its wooden terrace and well-kept pool and lawn are beautiful. We really enjoyed hanging out there and felt so close to the ocean (because we were). To the city of Nea Moudania you can have a 15min walk. There you find everything you need. We still recommend a rented car to get to nice beaches and other places on Chalkidiki. All in all we had a really great time at villa KalMa and highly recommend a stay there.
