Uniquely stunning.

Stunning, beautiful and so customer focused it was really like nothing was to much trouble. As for the room, unique, stylish and super cool. There are not enough superlatives to describe this superb hotel.

There are places you stay, and then there are places that stay with you. Chapel 5 is firmly the latter. From the moment I arrived, there was a warmth that felt genuine and unforced. Verena has created something very special here, and that care carries through every detail. The staff welcome you in a way that feels less like checking in and more like being quietly looked after. Set in the heart of Naxxar, it gives you a true sense of Malta. Peaceful and unhurried, yet surrounded by small cafés, local restaurants, and the everyday rhythm of Maltese life. You feel part of it rather than just passing through. And when you do want a change of pace, Sliema and its energy are only a short taxi ride away. What I loved most is how Chapel 5 gives you space to be exactly how you feel. There are little corners to disappear into with a book, places to sit and talk, moments to connect with other travellers, or simply time to switch off completely by the pool. It feels intimate without ever feeling small. Mornings start gently with a lovely breakfast, and I might still bring my own take on poached eggs next time. The rooms are beautiful and calming, the showers are just right, and the air conditioning is a quiet blessing after long, sun soaked days. I left feeling rested in a way that goes beyond sleep. Chapel 5 is not just somewhere to stay, it is somewhere to land. And I would return without hesitation.

A real gem of a place - don't stay anywhere else!

Our stay at Chapel 5 Suites was fabulous! The rooms are all individually beautifully done up, with so much thought and care. The facilities are great - jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool - and a wonderful way to relax in the evening. Great breakfast each morning and all the staff were incredible and so friendly. We had some lovely chats over breakfast with Alessandro. Omar and the lady who was hosting breakfast one morning gave us loads of tips on what to see around the island. Street parking available right outside, but it can get busy. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Malta on my next visit!

Experiencia invaluable

Central location. Comfortable room but no suite

Very friendly owners and staff. Comfortable rooms, however not what I would call “suites”. They have ten rooms now, and clearly planning on adding a few more. Breakfast with fresh fruit and a good selection. Every day we had breakfast outside. Sometimes finding parking spaces was a bit of an issue. Some good restaurants in the vicinity, especially the newly opened Cruor was good. Very central location on Malta.

Malcolm and Alex were very welcoming and extremely helpful hosts. Chapel 5 Suites is in a quiet location off a side street and very homely and yet spacious. Naxxar is a quiet town but there a good buses so covering the whole island is no trouble at all and there are a number of nice places to eat in the town, also a good wine shop and a superb butcher/delicatessen - so all needs are catered for. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay and would hope to go back again soon.

Time at Chapel 5

We had the Lovely Berber theme suite, just right as my wife is a frequent visitor to Morocco and loves the decor. Malcolm & Alex are great hosts and always ready to help with information on places to visit, eat and so on. Quiet hideaway in a relaxed place in Naxxar. We stayed around the pool a couple of times or on the roof and let the rigours of daily life pass us by. Good location too for visiting other parts of Malta & Gozo. If ypu have a hire car parking can sometimes means a short walk back. Overall a lovely place to stay.
