My Home in Naxos Town With Sea View

You will feel like your own home.
A 100 square meters house, near the center of Naxos town and very close (300m) to one of the most popular beach of the island, Agios Georgios.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with market, restaurant, car-rentals and pharmacy only 2 min walking. 900m from the port and 800m from the central bus station.
It is fully renovated in 2015 with all electrical devices and accommodates up to 6 persons. A private free WiFi and a flat TV set with internet access are available.
There are 2 separates bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. In the main bedroom there is a double bed and two single beds in the other (both of them have an extra bed). In the living room also the sofa can set up to double bed.
You can have your breakfast in the balcony with shadow and your afternoon drink at the terrace with sea view.
My priority is to respect your vacations but if you wish I can help you with travel tips for the island. (beaches, villages to visit, restaurants, bars etc).

Die Lage ist top, mittendrin, aber sehr sehr ruhig. Es war super sauber. Maria ( die Tochter ) sehr nett. Von der Dachterrasse schaut man in die Bucht, allerdings könnte die Dachterrasse etwas aufgewertet werden. Betten top, alles vorhanden

Old town Naxos home

One of the favorite places that we stayed on our trip to Greece the home felt like a home was very clean. The owner was very accommodating to allow us to check in early and review everything about the home that we needed to know the washer and dryer was a lifesaver! Loved everything about it super close to everything that we wanted to do and the beach was just a quick five minute stroll when we come back to Naxos we most definitely will stay there

Great location. Wonderful hosts.

The location is just off the main Square, close and convenient to the beach and town. Maria met us at the property and gave great tips on exploring the island. We did have an issue when the power went out (our fault) but Maria and her father were quick to respond and very helpful. We loved staying there!

Great place to stay in Naxos

King bed was very comfy (did not use the 3 singles). Outdoor areas are nice, decent views on the upper deck. Easy walking to lots of restaurants, shopping and St. George Beach. As another reviewer mentioned; if you rent a car from Fun Cars you can park in their lot (<100m). They are easy to deal with!

A lovely stay

We loved our stay. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, plenty of space to enjoy. Loved the rooftop for breakfast w a view of the sea. Appreciated the beach towels being available so we did not have to pack them. Right in town. Markets, bakery, shops, car rental are all steps away. Thank you. :)

Loved our stay in Naxos

The house is amazing with alot of space. The smart TV was an added benefit to get channels in English. The bed was very comfortable. Several outside areas to relax. Walking distance to beach, town, bus stop. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was so informative and helpful, and he recommended many excellent restaurants, which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed. The home itself is in a perfect location, walkable to everything. If you choose to rent a car, Fun Cars' head office is right across the street and they allow you to park there overnight. The space itself- the master bed is comfortable and the rooftop patio is wonderful. You have a view over the town and the water. If we get the chance to come back to Naxos, we will be staying here again!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed saying at this home. Centrally located. The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts replied quickly and offered help whenever needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. We would highly recommend as a great place to stay in Naxos!!

Holliday in Naxos

Because of Covid-19 situation, we were uncertain wheter or not to confirm our reservation. We had an open and frank dialogue about the situation with the host, Iakovos, and when we finally decided to travel to Greece he has been very prompt and professional and set up the apartment for our staying. Regarding the apartment: it was perfect for us (5 persons family), very well equipped, clean, comfortable, near to the center of Chora Naxos and to all the facilities (restaurants, markets, car rental, shops) and with a wonderful terrace overlooking Naxos and the sea. It was even better than our expectations and I can recommend it for a pleasant stay in the beautiful island of Naxos.

Noble Naxian Digs

First off , the owner, Iakovos, could not have been nicer. He spent an hour with us at check in telling where to go, what do etc. Arranged cabs for us and always responded to any inquiry instantly. The home was super nice. Two large bedrooms, dining room, living room and kitchen that were as clean as a whistle and meticulously well maintained. As a bonus, on the roof, there was a seating area with a panoramic view of the island. It was located two short blocks from the town square, the beach was a 5 minutes walk and the whole town was accessible in just short distances. I would go back here in a minute. Thank you Iakovos for your hospitality. We shall return!

Even Better Than it Looks!

Large rooftop space; washing machine is great; beautiful shower; beach towels provided. Everything we needed and everything works! Iakovos gave us a wonderful overview of the island (including a map) so that even if we hadn't done any research beforehand, we would have found marvelous thins to do. Our family (2 parents and 2 teenagers) enjoyed: walking around Naxos Town, the castle, the Portara at sunset; day sail to Schinoussa; ATVs to Drosiani Church and beaches. Rental places are easy to walk to, with no need to plan ahead. Staying right in Naxos Town in this lovely home made it all perfect! We could come home, shower, and then walk to dinner at one of a million different charming places.

Lovely house in Naxos

We have just had the best stay at Iakovos’s house in the beautiful bustling Naxos town. The property is lovely, a really calm quiet place to retreat to. The house is wonderfully clean and everything has been thought about to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Iakovos is a fabulous host and met us at the property and spent time giving us ideas of things to do and see in Naxos. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, both the property and Naxos are wonderful and we will definitely be visiting again, loved it.

Iakovos met us upon taxi arrival, he arranged transportation. He gave us restaurants, things to see with a map, must-do list... everything we needed for our stay. He had bread and cheese for us as well. Very nice!

Very nice and clean house in the city centre, 2 min from the beach. Great hospitality from the owner

Stayed 5 days at the house and was just great. The owner had a taxi waiting for us at the boat who took us to the house. He welcomed us with bread and cheese when he showed us the house. Very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and has everything you need in the kitchen . Has even beach towels so you don't need to bring or buy. Quiet the night so you can rest. 2 minutes walking from the beach, and from city centre where you have everything , shops and restaurants. Internet was very good. We used also the washing machine and was very convenient. All over had a great stay . Thank you Iakovos
