Enjoy your stay in this cozy and fully updated house that has everything to make you feel at home: king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, high speed WiFi, TV/DVD, washer/dryer, free parking for 3 cars on the driveway.

Boat parking at dock only if APPROVED by host and will cost extra. Ask before booking if you want to bring a boat.

This is an elevated costal house on pilings. The living areas are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The 2nd floor has an open space plan with living/dining areas (containing 2 sofas and TV/DVD) and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living area opens onto a deck overlooking the canal.

The 2nd floor also features a bedroom with a bunk bed, closet, and a half bath. The bunk bed is ideal for children and can sleep 3 (two children on the full bed at the bottom and one child on the twin bed on top). Adults can also sleep on the bunk bed, but only on the full bed at the bottom. So only one adult can comfortably sleep on the bunk bed.

The 3rd floor contains 2 bedrooms: 1) a master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, closet, balcony overlooking the canal and TV/DVD, and 2) a bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and a closet.

This house is privately owned and managed.

Beach chairs/umbrella and beach cart are provided. You can either walk to the beach or drive to many secluded locations on the beach in the State Park if you’d like more privacy.

This is a quiet residential area close to the beach (3-4 min walk). There are also many FREE parking areas on the beach in case you prefer to drive to the beach rather than walk. There is a scenic road in the national park on the gulf cost between Navarre Beach and Pensacola. There are many public beach access areas (with free parking) along this road in case you are interested in beach relaxation with very few people around.

Navarre Beach is often called the most relaxing place in Florida and is ideal for a family with children or a friends getaway. You can enjoy the white sand on the beach and swimming in the crystal clear water of the gulf. There are also many places in the area where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, boats/pontoons, water skies, etc for more active relaxation.

You are only 2-3 min away (by car) to many restaurants close to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, and 5-10 min away from grocery stores ( such as Publix, Walmart, CVS) across the bridge. The major entertainment centers in Destin and Pensacola are only 30 min away.

If you like fishing, there are many opportunities for this: right from the backyard of the house, Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Navarre Beach bridge or shores of the Mexican gulf or Santa Rosa sound. You can also rent a fishing kayak or a boat.

Beach chairs/umbrella and beach cart are provided. You can either walk to the beach or drive to many secluded locations on the beach in the State Park if you’d like more privacy. Parking is FREE.

This place was wonderful. Our group had 3 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. The back deck and canal views were peaceful. Short distance to everything we needed. The access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus and truly made our beach days much more enjoyable! We look forward to coming again in the future.

Great amenities and host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very nice and clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. It was nice having a washer/dryer on site, and all utensils and necessary cookware and serveware we could have needed. We loved the short distance to the beach, and the beach was breathtaking!… as well as low-key. We didn’t use the pier access, we used the access at the end of our street and it seemed to be less crowded. The chairs provided were also very nice. The backwater was very peaceful and had a cute little setup to sit out with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The property owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again! Five stars!

Great location, sunsets, fishing from the dock.

Generally good all round. Peaceful, all house amenities in place. Good communication. Fair price against similar in area ,and you don't need a big house here as you will be outside or on beach most of the time. A few food and morning coffee options on the corner Everyone we spoke to locally were friendly. Visited Destin and Pensacola, which were ok , but far more touristy than Navarre ,so you decide... Oh ,outside lights need a few bulbs replacing.

Clean & Nice Beach House

We had an excellent stay at the beach house. The kitchen is small but is well-appointed and organized. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall the house feels right for the price. AC keeps the house nice and cool and it's a short walk to the gulf beach.

Blue Angels Weekend Getaway Vacation

The house was great and the location was even better! Everything was clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of parking. The only room for improvement would be the dock needs a little work for tying up boats and the grill was not the best and needed a few more grill utensils(or let the renter know so they can bring their own). Also had great communication with the own, check in was super easy and convenient. Overall my friends and I had a great time!!!

Excellent Choice

This is a very clean condo and the host has thought of everything you might need! It is on a waterway, and if you open the windows (and you will want to!) you can hear the gulf. The owner needs to update photos as the furniture has been upgraded. Beds are super comfortable! The toliet in the master bedroom is a closet. The shower is very nice but understand it is open to the bedroom. The only negative is the stench which seems to eminate from the steep stairways, permeates the entire home. I do not recommend this property for those with respiratory or mobility issues. The host was an awesome communicator! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Paradise

If this townhome is available you should stay. The location is our favorite. The cleanliness was remarkable. The furnishings were high class and luxurious. The owner was AMAZINGLY responsive and kind. We will be back again. We have stayed in many different locations in Navarre but this was by far the BEST place we have ever stayed without a doubt. The canal out the back is just a wonderful addition to the incredible location. Can't wait to book again!
