Near your stay, discover easy access to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Navarre Beach Marine Park, Sound Side Park, Gulf Breeze Zoo, and the Tiger Point Golf Club.

Inside your cozy quarters, discover a breezy open floor plan. Walking into the space, you'll first take notice of the large bathroom, with a sizable vanity and walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen comes next with plenty of meal prep space and all the appliances you need to whip up something tasty! Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or alfresco on the private patio.

Followed after the kitchen, a comfortable living area boasts a plush sofa and a large TV. From here, you will also have access to your sleeping quarters - where sleep is sure to come soundly with the condo's central air-conditioning keeping you cool. Wake up in the mornings and step out onto the patio where the Florida breeze will greet you kindly.

Don't forget to utilize the shared pool when the urge to take a dip arises, and the washer/dryer when your swimsuits need to be refreshed.

No pool time. On site management by Vacasa was not good. Will never use them again. Roaches and change of pier gate code at beginning of month of Oct. not communicated...Never heard from them after a call to them.Had to get code in other way. Water view??? RIGHT!!! If I went outside and squinted around the building!!!

No problems here

Very quiet due to the time of year. We had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable little studio apartment, just right for our needs. We had no communication with the property manager other than the email with the access code the day before arrival.

Misleading

The description emphasized the outdoor patio,when we arrived the patio door was broken and the extremely heavy unmovable patio furniture was taken apart. The floors turned your feet black within minutes. I informed the contact for the owner immediately. Nothing was ever done,all they did was say sorry. 7 days on a Florida vacation with no outdoor seating and an extremly hard to open and close patio door. NO one cared or even asked for pictures until the day before we left. There was also a deepfreezer taking up space that was not in the pictures and no dehumidifier so your dry food will be ruined and your blankets will be wet.

Price reflects quality

If you're looking for a reasonably priced property and are going to be out of your unit a lot, this property may be for you. We have a lot of experience staying in rental units and found that this property was not properly cleaned. We also had several issues during our stay which made the unit very uncomfortable. Vacasa customer service agents we're very sympathetic and attentive. However local property management did not follow through with their promise to contact us and discuss issues. Cleanliness should not have to be sacrificed for a lower rate.
