Unit has 1 king bed and twin hall bunks. The top bunk is appropriate and rated for adults and children under 150lbs. This unit does NOT have a sleeper sofa and sleeping on the couch is discouraged.

Navarre Beach

Our stay was awesome. The apartment was clean and cozy. We enjoyed spending time at various beaches and restaurants. We loved coming home to a comfortable and warm place. Will definately be back!

Family Weekend Away

We stayed at the property over Labor Day Weekend. Property was very tastefully decorated and provided enough room for my husband and I and two teen boys. The condo was very close to the property pool and was just a short walk to the beach. We will be back.

Relaxation made easy!

It is such a cute condo with everything needed for your stay. Just enough space with a homey feel so you can rest/relax after being at the beach/exploring all day. TVs, furniture, kitchen supplies, and bathroom needs are all supplied. The pool was a decent size, with a great view of the sound/sunsets

Great place to stay in Navarre.

We decided to take a last minute trip to the beach this year, and found this place. We really enjoyed our time here. The place was updated nicely, clean area, close to several public beaches, and the sound. They have thought of everything for a pleasant stay. Can openers to strainers, we always found what we were looking for. Two Tv's with streaming and regular programming. We were able to watch shows and wind down after a long day. The condo was very cool and comfortable our entire stay. It also smelled really good, which was awesome. Our one complaint, is it was VERY loud. We could easily hear normal conversations our neighbors were having, we could hear when they were pressing buttons on the microwave, and the cabinet doors slamming all morning and night was the worst. It was pretty frustrating, it would start very early, but they were quiet around bed time, and we would be gone all day doing beach stuff. We have stayed in around 15-20 condos over the past decade, and this was the loudest by far. But the overall experience was very pleasant, and we would def stay here again.

Great location and great hosts

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was comfy, beachy, and slept great. The location was ideal, a quick walk, or super short drive to the Navarre beach access, a hop, skip and a jump to the national seashore, and an easy ride to Pensacola. Would happily stay here again!!

Perfect little spot for us

We enjoyed our stay and would book again. I was traveling with my two sons. The condo is not large but it had everything we needed and was just perfect. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was so comfortable. I usually can’t wait to get home to sleep in my own bed but not this time. The location is a little far from town but that had its perks too. The public access beach wasn’t very crowded at the time of our stay and the walk wasn’t too far. If you have a lot of equipment though you may want a cart. Overall it was a good experience for us.

Great little hideaway

Its a nice condo located in a mostly housing area. Only 2 blocks from the gulf beach and very quiet. Also, its very quick and easy to get to the more populated tourist areas of Fort Walton and Destin.

Weekend getaway

Cozy condo with all necessities close walk to the beach and close to any stores you may need to shop. We loved the location access to the beach was nice. We had a great time visiting with our siblings. We will plan another trip and hopefully use Sunset Harbor Villas again.

New Home Away From Home!

This was our very first visit and stay in Navarre and it was the first of many to come! we had the absolute best time. We didn't want to leave! My children are already asking if we can go back and when we get to go back. :) DeAnna was the best host and her rental was so wonderful. My oldest son who is 8 kept saying "wow momma, this place is great." Her rental was exactly as described and more than we even expected and hoped for. Very clean and felt so homey. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach and that was no problem at all for us. My husband, myself and our kids enjoyed the little walk each day. The pool is also just steps away and my children definitely enjoyed that the most I believe. This was the best vacation I can say we have ever taken and we will most certainly be back! Such wonderful memories made with our children. Thank you so much, DeAnna!

Navarre beach

The condo and everything was exactly how it looked in pictures…the price is right for us because we don’t stay in the condo. We live on the beach when we go to the beach but if you enjoy being in your condo and sitting on a balcony, this is not the condo for you because the balcony is on the parking lot where all the people are walking into the building and cars coming and going —but for us, it worked ….the walk to the beach is about 5 to 10 minutes. It’s a lot if you’re carrying a lot of stuff -but if you have a golf cart /wagon it’s not bad ….we would stay here again!!!

First time and fell in love

Communication was clear and there were never any questions left unanswered. We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay. Location was great for my husband, our daughter, and myself. If we wanted to walk to the public access for Navarre beach, it really was only about 5 min. Or if we wanted to drive down a bit, everything was within minutes. The condo was clean and was more than we anticipated. For a small getaway for our first official family vacation with a two year old, this was a breath of fresh air. It may not be directly on the beach, but it was as lovely as ever!

Nice unit

This is a nice unit that is well suited for 2 adults and 2 children and it’s within walking distance to the beach. Two things to be aware of: the main bedroom temp is not the same as the rest of the unit and pay attention to the check-out time. We received conflicting info; one stated checkout at 11:00 the other checkout at 9:00. Unfortunately the correct time was 9:00, that’s a bit early for checkout.

Great condo close to the beach for family.

Two full bathrooms, large bedroom, and great bunk beds for 2 kids. About 5-10 minute walk from the beach. Steps to the pool. Appreciated the included beach towels and chairs for guest use. Plenty of easy parking onsite. Only downside is that the condo is a little exposed to the parking lot and walkway being on the first floor. Just keep the blinds closed and you're all set.

Great!

Easy and super great location for us to do all the fun Navarre things! Navarre has been a favorite spot for so long and with my family growing I needed to find somewhere lose to my sisters to stay for our vacations. This was perfect!

Amazing accommodations

I was so pleased at how well thought out the things needed for our stay were. The condo felt homey inside. It was so much closer to beach access than I had thought it would be. Management was amazing working with us.
