Unwind the minute you step into this bright and spacious beach home. Just cross the street and your feet will be in the emerald green waters of the Gulf in minutes!

A beautiful, fully equipped high-end kitchen greets you upon entry. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of room for multiple chefs make prepping meals and snacks a breeze. There is even a pot filler, warming oven, and huge pantry for your convenience.

The great room has very plush furniture that you'll sink right into. Gather and relax with your group and enjoy the large flat screen TV. Dine or play games around the large table that seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
A half bath completes this floor.

Upstairs, you'll find the large primary bedroom with a California king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Melt your cares away in the jetted Jacuzzi tub after a long beach day.
Chill out in the hammock and gaze at the gulf on the private deck just off this bedroom..
The second bedroom accommodates 5, with a queen-sized bed and a set of bunk beds with a full mattress on the bottom.
A full bath adjoins this bedroom with a new tiled walk-in shower. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer here.

Visit the private Soundside beach at the end of the block, then have a drink on the front or back deck, both with sound views and lovely breezes. There is a gas grill for your use.

This home is dog-friendly with the owner's permission. Max of 2 pets allowed and a pet fee of $200 per pup. No cats.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home, and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Great place to hang out with family!

Great house. House very clean and convenient to walk to restaurants. Yard could use a little clean up and maintenance. Although when we came it had been raining a lot so the back yard was unusable and i can understand why the yard hadn't been maintained.

Dreams Do Come True

Can relax in in hammock on upper deck and see the ocean on one side and the bay from the other. Very clean and roomy house. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. When storm turned grill over the service people were there and fixed and cleaned everything up quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place. Clean and well maintained with very short walking distance to the bay and gulf public beach. Also an easy drive to Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Navarre Beach Sunbeam

Fair to Good. Not everything worked. Smoke alarm would not stop after one piece of toast, (hade to remove battery) BBQ was almost impossible to light. Cabinets in kitchen were beautiful but some hardware glides made them difficult to use. Despite several heads up on our timely arrival, getting in took more time than it should have, (after traveling over 6 hours a bathroom break is necessary ). The pot filler behind the cooktop was just hanging loose as was the kitchen faucet. Evidently the front door code is never, or seldom changed as it was laminated on sheets of information about local things to do. (not a secure practice) 9am is an early checkout when checkin is at 4pm, not a full day. Information says gift basket is part or rental but never arrived. Hopefully we will get the deposit back soon as we left the place spotless. The website for VRBO did not confirm our reservation properly but it took our money just fine. 😕 That was stressful. The location is great, we have been to Navarre Beach many times over the last 30 years and we will be back but Sunbeam was pricey for what we got and the condition of the property was less than expected. 3.5

Relax and Refresh Yourself at Sunbeam Beach House

We had two weeks of totally comfortable relaxation and beachtime while staying at Sunbeam beachhouse. The house is lovely, incredibly clean and located in a neighborhood within minutes of walking the beach!! Wonderful accomodations and Navarre Beach experience!! This beach house will NOT disappoint you!! Enjoy!!

We absolutely loved this house and it’s location! It was perfect for our family of 4 and our lil fur baby! The only complaint that I have is the grass needed to be cut in the backyard. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Loved our stay in this lovely beach house!

Our family of four had a terrific stay at this house. Located half a block from the sound side, we easily walked paddle boards there (we paddled to Juan's Pagoda restaurant even) and enjoyed daily strolls. The walk to the ocean side is a bit further, but definitely an easy walk. When we took all of our beach items we chose to drive to the public access, which was also much less crowded that the access closest to the house. There is a hose and outdoor shower to keep the house relatively sand free and an area to lock beach items on the ground level. The house is just lovely inside with a beautiful, updated, huge kitchen. The living room is very large with super large and very comfortable couches and chairs! The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and lovely. The bathrooms have clearly been updated and were very clean, as was the entire house. There were plenty of towels for us and a washing machine on the upstairs level. The kids room had a fun bunk bed as well as a queen bed, so we had more than enough space. The master bed was very comfortable with a memory foam type mattress that was comfortable, but firm, just the way we like. The owners were very prompt, helpful, and responsive to all of our needs. I really liked the location of this house, despite it not being directly on the beach, as its access to the sound is so close, you can walk to the ocean, you can walk to the restaurants on island, and it's quite close to the bridge. Absolutely recommend staying here!!

Perfect location!

Our family + my parents (4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 young child) just spent 4 wonderful nights in Navarre Beach at Sunbeam! It was a perfect house for us. Kid friendly and a perfect distance from a beach at the Sound (the kids weren’t all about the waves at the actual beach). There are steep stairs going up to the second level that made it hard on family members with bad knees, but the main living area was huge and had incredibly comfortable furniture. We loved those couches! The only thing I was bummed about was the “fenced back yard” - the fence isn’t but about 2’ high and has large gaps, if bringing a pet, you couldn’t leave them back there without an escape. It’s also got some trees and just isn’t well kept in general. But we hardly went back there - we had planned to let the kids run around a bit back there, it just wasn’t possible. We would absolutely go back to this house - it was fantastic!

Wonderful beach vacation getaway

Renting the property for our 5 days vacation was a breeze. Jennifer was a gracious host. If we had any issues or questions, Jennifer quickly and promptly responded. The property was as advertised. A well built, spacious, beautiful dwelling with everything we needed for home cook meals. We felt at home away from home. Comfortable and spacious for our party of 7 with a small 5lb. Chihuahua. The beach and restaurants are near by. Super Wal-Mart is just 8 minutes away at the most. We will be back.

The Most Relaxing Beach On Earth did not disappoint

We loved our time in Navarre! It was our first time there but we will definitely be back. Sunbeam is a precious home. The furnishings lend to the air of relaxation....The kitchen is top notch! Easy walks to the beach, restaurants and boat launch. Parking for our boat was a priority when booking a home and Sunbeam made that possible. Highly recommend!!

Best vacation ever!

The cleanest and roomiest beachhouse we have ever stayed in. The king size bed had the best mattress we have ever slept on away from home! The furniture and the linens were top notch as well. The management team was friendly and prompt.

Lovely comfy beach house; great for dogs and cooks

This home was sparkling clean. The kitchen was nicely outfitted and the appliances were top of the line. The beds were comfy. The gates at the top of the deck are wonderful for safely containing your dogs and the gated backyard is perfect. Be aware that the beaches are not dog friendly. The back yard needed attention as the grass was very tall, making it difficult to keep the yard picked up. There were some fun amenities in the garage, like a kayak that we might have use had the weather been nicer. The couches and chairs were wonderful for gathering and lounging. The TV cable and wifi were not working, which was a problem on a dreary Thanksgiving weekend, but we were offered a small rebate for the lack of amenity. There are a lot of stairs here, so it is a good property for those without mobility issues. It was a good stay.and with a few minor tweaks, I would have been able to give it five stars.

Great home away from home! We enjoyed our whole week!

This property is deceiving in so many ways. The home is very spacious and modern. The kitchen appliances are top notch, bathrooms very large. Tons of storage in each room. We were extremely comfortable on the California king size bed...slept like babies. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were unaware of neighbors. We hope to return some day.

Beautiful, Relaxing Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre so much. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has everything that you could need and then some. It's very clean and beautifully decorated. You can walk across the street to the beach, or if you're like us, take a brief drive down the road to one of many other beach accesses that are a little less crowded. I enjoyed taking my morning walks up and down Gulf Blvd and also through Navarre Beach Marine Park (I think that's what it's called) at the end of Gulf Blvd. I like that the condo is located between Pensacola Beach and Destin. We enjoyed going to both of those places and frequently went to Pensacola for dinner. We would definitely come back and I highly recommend staying here. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and will be the icing on your vacation's cake.
