The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dinnerware, etc. The updated bathrooms were very nice. The condo was clean. We had a few issues but Leslie at the management office resolved them quickly. I would definitely go back!!!

Our stay was good for family staying with us. The only complaint was the internet was down & we never had connection. Kids also ended up with dog hair on them from the rug but we had no dogs. Overall, we enjoyed the condo!

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday with some beach time. The location is amazing where you have easy beach access, or you can enjoy the view and sound of the waves right from the porch. Check in and out were a breeze, the basics were provided for us and vacasa had let us know beforehand what would be available in the condo, which i really appreciate. This unit was a great choice for us for our Navarre Beach trip!

When I arrived at the property, I found out that it wasn’t available anymore because it had pest and I was rerouted to a different property wasn’t exactly thrilled about that last minute thing and not knowing where I was going to stay

This property, and my visit was flawless. Pulling into the secured parking i couldn't help notice the prefecture manicured landscape, the clean building, and good sized parking spots. The way up to my room didn't disappoint either. Clean entrance and elevator. Once i walked into my room i was immediately greeted by a full wall patio door gazing at the ocean crashing into the white sand. Everything in that room was modern, clean, immaculent . Everything from the decorations, bathrooms was classy. 405 was obviously well loved and cared for. the property managers were amazing as well. Great communication, helpful. I couldn't have asked for more..... but there was more. This beautiful condo had its own steam room!!! I will definetly stay again T-rav

Great but dead bolt on the door did not work and the toaster was broken and there was a knocking sound in the a/c. Otherwise, wonderful.

Reached out to property management 3 times via phone and sms and msg left with no responses. Kitchen sink leaked, had difficulties linking to wifi, and wanted to ask for late discharge. Condo was great location and very nice . Also no code provided to get back into gated area from beach.

I’ll start by saying the view was breathtaking and made it all worth it. The rug and couch were pretty dirty but the rest of the condo was perfectly clean. Very well stocked and location was perfect. The fridge quit on us and I actually received a call asking how our first night was and I told them then that the fridge wasn’t cool. The man promised accommodations like a cooler with ice or mini fridge but it was never brought. We ended up loosing the sandwich meat, turkey burgers, and other food we brought to cut down on eating out. The place was quiet and family friendly and was the best price for beach front property we found.

The condo was very nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed spending time sitting on the very comfortable balcony. The location of the condo is perfect. We loved taking long walks on the beach, finding seashells and watching the birds, dolphins and stingrays!

Not impressed. House keeping came back at our door after extended stay twice. Very unprofessional we expected them to check with customer service before knocking at our door.

The first impression of this condo is a very grungy door. The door actually rarely closed. We left one day and came back to the condo with the door completely open leaving all of our belongings up for grabs to anyone who walked by. The rest of the trip, we had to maneuver the door knob in order to get the door to actually close. The bathrooms were extremely dated and gross. The showers were basically unusable and tiny. The living room and kitchen area were nicely updated, but the bathrooms are terrible. The sheets on the bed were the wrong size, so I was left having to spread extra sheets on the bed every night. The couch had stains and was very unappealing, so I threw a sheet on it for the entire stay. During the stay, we were unable to use the WiFi for the first three days. The information given was incorrect, and I had to email the staff four times and call three times to get anyone to help me. Overall, this condo is way overpriced, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The beach was nice, but you had to go way down the beach to get a place. We woke up early one morning to set up a tent in front of the condo and the chair rental people put people’s chairs right in front of our tent. The condo is also located directly next to a public beach access making it more crowded.
