  • ¡Bienvenido a tu propio pedazo de paraíso! La playa de Navarra es una isla tranquila ubicada en las hermosas playas de arena blanca del golfo de Florida. Este condominio de 2300 pies cuadrados con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con tres pisos separados junto con un loft en el tercer piso con un sofá cama que se puede usar como un cuarto dormitorio con ventanas de piso a techo con vista a la piscina y a la playa privada con una marca Muelle nuevo. El dormitorio principal tiene un balcón privado con vistas a las puestas de sol perfectas sobre el agua, así como una ducha de granito de 5 cabezales y una bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño. El condominio cuenta con acceso a la piscina, cancha de tenis y playa privada. El alquiler del condominio incluye dos kayaks y una tabla de remo, así como un garaje para dos autos. Los senderos para caminar fuera del condominio a lo largo del camino de la playa lo llevan al Juana's Pagoda Bar, el restaurante Sailor's Grill, el restaurante cajun de Broussard o el restaurante Beach House con fogatas en un balcón con vista al golfo. La hermosa costa nacional de la isla del Golfo se encuentra a solo unos minutos y una de las 7 millas más impresionantes que jamás haya visto. Este escape junto al mar es perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares, una escapada relajante o un viaje romántico a la playa. Esta unidad es una de las unidades principales en la comunidad de Buena Vida con vistas impresionantes que crean un ambiente tranquilo y relajante ... no te lo puedes perder.

Great property, the AC units shut off everyday, I don’t know if they were on a timer or what, but it would take several hours to cool down, but with the pool literally outside the door, keeping cool was no problem, definitely would stay there again

We couldn't have booked a better place to stay! I traveled with my family of 7, and it was so spacious that everyone had their own space. The master bedroom and bathroom was very elegant and cool. Couldn't even hear the kids downstairs. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, and when you open the back door, you are literally 15 steps from the pool and private beach. The beach is calm like a lake and so clean. We also had the use of a kayak and paddleboard, tons of beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella so no need to pack all those things! Right across the street from the public beach and restaurants! We will be staying again. The hosts are very responsive and very nice.

We absolutely loved our time at this property! The location and amenities were perfect. We really like the property manager and how helpful she was during our stay. We can't wait to go back!

Great interior design, very spacious. They clearly take pride in their property and make sure their guests are happy and comfortable! Great location with lots of fun activities to do on the property and nearby. Thanks so much for having us! We look forward to staying again soon!

New Years

Our overall stay was very relaxing. Heidi was a big help and I really appreciate her meeting our WalMart delivery and having the groceries put up!! She made us feel very welcome and had wonderful suggestions. I highly suggest visiting the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and the Gulfarium! We truly look forward to visiting Navarre again.

Navarre Beach Paradise

This property is PARADISE! The unit has beautiful decor and fun painting and art touches to make it a true beach property! We loved the dock - fishing for sea trout in evening and fishing during the day! A short less than 5 minute walk to beach made our visit fantastic! Thank you for sharing your townhome with us! This was our family's first time to Navarre Beach and we really liked it. The location of the townhouse and where the townhouse was sitting within the complex was wonderful. The views from the deck are as pictured. We love the water so being that close to the Santa Rosa Sound and then having the Gulf of Mexico just a short walk down to the public boardwalk to access it was awesome. We also greatly appreciated that the owners had a double kayak and a paddleboard and used both. With being that close to the water, I think having those amenities available for people who enjoy water activities is definitely a nice addition. They also had beach chairs available to use and we used those as well. We tend to cook in most of our meals, so a crockpot has become something we need. It was great they had a crockpot there we could use. Overall, we really enjoyed the townhouse and the area. It is hard to find properties who allow pets, have the number of bedrooms we need, and have great views of the water so we were very pleased to find that and ended up really enjoying our vacation. I also appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner. He was very tentative to my inquiries and asked for any feedback I had. We definitely want to come again in the future.

Great Experience

Our group of five adult family members (and one tiny Yorkie) were very comfortable and found the townhome to be clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. Property manager Heidi went overboard to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the sound was beautiful from the living room and upstairs den. Some of us went out on the private pier to watch the sunset (gorgeous) and we also watched from the third-floor balcony. The bed was SO comfy, and I loved the huge master bath. I would definitely recommend this location to friends.

Family Vacay

We booked this to celebrate our oldest grandson's 16th birthday. All he wanted was to experience the beach for the first time. We had a wonderful time. The house accommodated us well. Our hostess Heidi was amazing. Our grandson paddle boarded and kayaked for the very first time. He loved it. Our youngest granddaughter was with us and she had a blast as well. Not sure what they enjoyed the most, the beach or the pool. Needless to say we all enjoyed our family time together. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property — it truly exceeded all of our expectations for a family getaway.The home itself is wonderful, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the kitchen to all the little conveniences that make traveling easier, it felt comfortable, functional, and truly like a home away from home.The standout feature for us was the incredible proximity of the pool — just steps from the back door (about 20 feet). It made the entire trip so easy and relaxing, especially with kids. We could effortlessly go back and forth between the house and the pool all day long. We also just watched the kids from our back deck during happy hour. The deck takes the experience to another level. Overlooking both the pool and the private community beach, it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening. The sunsets from the deck, with views over the pool and the Gulf sound, were absolutely breathtaking — easily one of the highlights of our trip. We also saw dolphins, which they kids loved.We also liked the extra touches, like having canoes available for heading out to the beach — such a fun and unique bonus that our family really enjoyed.The location is ideal. It’s peaceful and family-friendly, yet still within easy walking distance to restaurants, making it simple to grab a meal without needing to drive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Excellent hosts!

Perfect relaxing beach get-away

I loved this quiet beach escape. My family and I found Navarre after looking for a less touristy location than Destin or Seaside along the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Florida. This 3 floor townhome immediately set us in the vacation mode with it's coastal décor. There was plenty of room for myself, husband and our kids. The location was perfect, overlooking the water and pool. My absolute favorite part was sitting on the master deck at night watching the sunset overlooking the water with a glass of wine. We could also watch our kids playing at the pool or private condominium beach from the deck. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle board and even attempted to fish off the dock. We saw neighbors catching crabs in their traps which was pretty cool. It was the perfect "outside" vacation going to the gulf side public beach in the afternoons which was a 2 minute walk across the street, returning to the pool after lunch and playing in our own private beach until the evening. We also enjoyed family tennis. The kids loved hanging out in the loft watching movies at night with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. I highly recommend this rental unit, beautiful home well maintained in a perfect location. No need to ever leave the island for the duration of the stay!

Fantastic condo…great location and highly recommended!!

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view!! It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. If you had a problem then she handled it or if you needed anything then she got it for you. The condo provided the use of beach chairs, and a wagon for the walk to the beach, a kayak for the bay and fishing poles for fishing from the dock. We used it all and could not have asked for anything more. We also really loved that it was pet friendly so we were able to take our dog. This was our family’s first time visiting Navarre and we loved it…we will definitely be going back!

Paradise

Location was ideal with pool and small dedicated beach. People friendly. We varied in age from 18 to 56 and something for all of us. The water toys, towels and amenities just made it ideal. We will absolutely stay again.

Great visit!

Condo was great. Heidi, the concierge was awesome, doing everything to make our stay perfect. This place had kayaks and paddle boards and a great pool. We overlooked the bay where Jaws was filmed - that was cool. Dolphins in the bay. ( no sharks)!!

Great place for kids

The property manager, Heidi, let us check in early without any notice. She was readily available and always checking in to see if we needed anything. The condo had everything needed for days at the beach or staying in and just using the beach on the bay or swimming in the pool. We had a great time and very impressed by the service and amenities. The only negative was dogs are not allowed at Navarre beach or the bay beach in the HOA. Our pup was happy in the cool condo though so it all worked out. We just didn’t research the dog friendliness for the beach before our visit. The house was great and plenty of room for four adults and 3 kids. We took an air mattress just in case but we didn’t end up needing it. This is definitely a great spot to stay if you don’t want to be on the ocean and have more things to do. We rented her skis one day and the dock is a perfect location if you want to bring a boat or borrow one! They also had a beach wagon, canopy, chairs and coolers. Heidi even asked what age kids we were bringing to stock up appropriate toys, life jackets, etc. the pool is nice and the complex is quiet after 9pm. Great experience on this trip! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

A wonderful get away!

We absolutely loved our time in Navarre! Heidi and Chris were fantastic and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. They were very helpful and always available if we needed anything. They thought of every detail. Great location with perfect bay views and just a short walk to beach access. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools.

This property had a beautiful view and was pretty comfortable for the most part! It was very neat to have paddle board and kayak provided to use. Unfortunately the construction that was discussed in prior reviews (that were said to be almost done) were still in full swing. On both sides of the condo there are renovations taking place. The hammering, drilling, and sawing loudly began at 7:30 each morning and continued until late afternoon. The pool is also down and looks like it will be that way for quite some time as they were jack hammering the whole exterior while we were there. I also was disappointed to be paying a premium to stay here and each soap dispenser be filled with 90% water, we restocked each sink with a fresh bottle of soap... we were shocked to see the condition of a pillow in the master bedroom- stains like that take some time to acquire and I can’t believe it went unnoticed. We enjoyed the view and this property has great potential, it just needs some attention to detail.

"SLICE OF PARADISE" IS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

Our family had an Amazing stay at "Slice of Paradise!!" The location was perfect- it had the pool, beach front, fishing wharf all right in front of our 3 story condo! Heidi, the Property Manager, was FANTASTIC! She answered all of our questions and was so warm and friendly- really made us feel right at home! Chris and Bekah, the homeowners, have thought of every detail- from the comfy beds, plenty of linens and beach towels & beach toys; great a/c and paddle fans throughout the house...and the VIEWS! We enjoyed sitting on the balconies and watching the famous Navarre sunsets. It was close to many local restaurants and we enjoyed visiting the Turtle Conservancy and snorkeling the man made reefs. The main reason we booked the property was being dog friendly, but we got so much more!! Can't wait to return to "Slice of Paradise!"
