NEW 12th fl Beachfront 3BR/3BA & Beach Service - w/Private King Lock Out Suite
NEW LISTING - Caribbean Resort 1202 is a 3BR/3BA Condo w/ Pool/Hot Tub/Umbrella & Chair Service . This unit is located on the 12th floor, center of the building with full Gulf views of the sparkling turquoise blue waters and sugar white sands you can only find on the Gulf Coast.

This listing includes two beach chairs + umbrella set on the beach daily for our guests. We also provide beach towels and a cooler. this is a $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

*Pool will be heated starting Oct 1

Rates are based on the number of guests. This unit will sleep up to 8 maximum.
Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces (not reserved) and permits will be provided upon check in.

Caribbean Resort 1202 features a separate/private lock out or mother-in-law suite with a king bed, full bath and efficiency kitchen. It even has fabulous water views!

This beach retreat is decorated to remind you of your ocean getaway – tranquil and relaxing. It includes smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, video streaming, and non-carpet floors. This getaway also includes an umbrella and two beach chairs during the summer season each day of your stay! With floor-to-ceiling windows, you will feel like you are actually on the water.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment, very suitable for the six of us. The view is unique and memorable. The apartment is perfectly located on the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzis.

Great location. Amenities in condo were nice. Cleanliness is something that needs addressed. Mold in all bathrooms even on ceilings. Baseboards in bathrooms was disgusting.Floors very dirty and balcony floor need good cleaning. The pool was disappointing as you cannot see ocean because sand dunes block view. Beds were okay.

It was a great stay. Plenty of everything...bath towels, beach stuff (tent/cooler/beach towels), space inside the condo, seating, kitchen utensils, ice. The place kept cool all week and it was a scorcher. Everything was clean, tables, chairs, beds, etc... The view was outstanding. The worse (still a 4).. I only gave the check-in process a 4 due to getting the code right before check-in. The cell service was spotty on the 12th floor to get the code. This needs to be provided at least 30 minutes in advance along with the wifi info. That is the only drawback. DeeAnna's response to any emails could not have been any faster. I would most definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful condo, roomy enough so my 14 month old granddaughter had room to play. One of our tvs didn’t work so DeeAnna went above and beyond to accommodate us by sending a new tv. (My grandson was so happy.) We enjoyed the condo so much that we’re going to hopefully book it again for next year..

The condo itself is gorgeous, clean, well supplied. However, do be aware you are not allowed to have condo doors open at all. This was a big drawback for us. One of the reasons we love beachside condo is to be able to sleep to side of the surf and enjoy it all day long. Instead we had to use an app for ocean sounds. Also, the temperature was freezing in the lockout bedroom and so difficult to control that one in our party gave up and slept in another bedroom.

We were very happy with this condo. It's large and beautiful with high-end furniture and fixtures. It made us feel more at home than any other place we've stayed at. We will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay. We liked that it was a smaller building and not one of hose 2-4 bulding complexes. The condo itself was nice and had lots of extras others dont. (beach towels, extra ice maker, extra kitchen items, etc. Quick response from DeeAnna when contacted. Great time.

This was our 4th time visiting this area in 2023 and this condo, hands down was the best! The condo was very modern, spacious, clean and the views were AMAZING, especially from the master bedroom!! The attention to detail in this condo was fabulous and made such a difference for our group! We had our kiddos and a couple of their friends join us from ages 20-23! They also loved the condo and the area! If you are searching for an AMAZING condo go ahead and book, you WON’T be disappointed! The Blankenship’s

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week for our 19th anniversary. Everything about it was just perfect! Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of space to hang out, everything was super clean, and the views are spectacular! Close walking distance to some great restaurants/bars. The pool area was immaculate and beautiful. Communication with DeeAnna at Gone Costal was phenomenal and easy! We wouldn’t think twice about staying here while visiting Navarre Beach again!
