Age Policy:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Rentals to guests under 25 are not permitted. No exceptions.



Pet Policy:

This property is not available for guests traveling with pets.



Guest Access:

When you arrive at Sun Dunes, you’ll need to register your vehicle(s) before parking.



📱 How to Register:

Upon entering the parking area, look for the parking sign and QR code on the wall near the elevator. Scan the QR code and complete the online parking registration for each vehicle.



Important: The QR code is only for vehicle registration—there is no physical parking pass to print or display.



• Maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation

• Parking spaces are not assigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis

• Parking passes are not required

• All vehicle information must be submitted through the parking registration form



Elevator Access

There is one elevator on the property, located on the right side of the building. Sundunes 144 is conveniently located just off the elevator on the 4th floor.



Unit Access

This unit offers keyless entry for a smooth and convenient check-in experience. Access codes will be provided prior to check-in once all required check-in forms have been completed.
